I knew that the defendant was done for immediately after hearing the details of this case. All the texts sent back and forth then the video he himself took was used overwhelmingly used against him. The defendant had no chance.

I’m gonna keep it a stack. Both parties are dumb more so the defendant. You don’t don’t just give someone a giant loan like that especially if you just met them. My thing is also is that when the Judge say “you’re dumb” they respond with “I agree” but I don’t really think they see how dumb they are. Who’s to say it won’t happen again? The defendant has a clear gambling problem once he won he should paid her off if he really wanted her off his line.
