    The plaintiff in the first case was definitely soft-spoken. She was polite, spoke in a nice tone of voice, and I felt as if Judge Mathis was talking to her in a rude tone of voice. I believe he didn't quite understand what she was trying to explain about her side of the case.

      @angelpestos6043 13 днів тому

      @LonghornsLegend How was she caught lying? Some people aren't able to articulate themselves as well as other people, along with her being soft-spoken, unlike the defendant, as you can see at the end of the court session. The judge didn't understand her, especially since this is about a topic that men aren't usually into, which is women's fashion. The plaintiff kept it respectful the whole way, unlike the defendant.

    • @LonghornsLegend
      @LonghornsLegend 13 днів тому

      @angelpestos6043 she was asked a direct question "how do you know the camera people were not paid just because they were her friends" clear as day, she said she had it in a text message and nothing like that at all was there. She also said she isn't good at explaining what she wants and expects to win a lawsuit with zero evidence? She paid for a service she didn't like, we all do that at some point. It doesn't mean she deserves a refund because she's soft spoken. You were more focused on mannerisms and personality than evidence and facts

And as long as the “look” is achieved, the rubber band to bunch the bottom of the pants is no big deal as long as you conceal it. RE: Case #2 ... if a plaintiff leads with all of their life's trials and tribulations, expect them to misrepresent the assertions pertaining to their case.
    Plus, she's a Scorpio -- the defendant needs to watch her back.

    Girl, you got your parents to handover $1000 to somebody and you didn’t have the clear vision to be able to tell them exactly how to spend it. You cannot fall back on being shy because you literally enlisted other people which involved you being outgoing. I hope you lost, I’m a keep watching

If your well liked and she fired u take your money and move on. She was just starting out so she better hope and pray her work speaks for her and not this episode
