- It's been one of the craziest sounding Mercedes AMG C63's out there.. but most people have not liked it.. and I have to admit.. there has been something missing.. So.. we RETUNED the car and no it sounds AMAZING!!

Love the car but the stock sound actually was much better in my opinion, smooth throaty sound is much better than whatever that is...but it is ur car and if it makes u happy thats what counts.

My C63s is tuned but exhaust is stock which I prefer. Plus I’d imagine the exhaust stinks without cats.
yea its probably rich with fuel, bad thing about those tunes is if u do have cats that excess fuel they add ruins those cats much quicker and those cats are expensive, but im sure living in states that dont require smog it wont matter much if theyre replaced but in california required to smog every 2 years after the first 5 years

The older backfire/pop mess sounds absolutely ridiculous in a bad way. Now it sounds more like a muscle car and less like a AK47 masquerading as a Mercedes. Good choice.
Anyone noticed how the rooftop between 10:25 and 10:32 lowers a bit at higher speeds and comes up again? Is this an option with newer mercedes models because my 2013 cls63 doesn’t do that unfortunately....
When you rev the car the center screen on the dash a bar flashes. What is that white bar and what does it mean? Is the car telling you you're close to red line and it's shutting down power so you don't blow it up?
Can someone tell me the setup and what did he do to his exhaust to sound like that?
What is the tuning called? If I were to go to a tune shop, what would I ask them to do in order to get this sound on my car? And would the results be the same on a c43 amg?

What whp are you pushing in your C63s? When you first got it and it was stock, how do they feel compared to a stock M3/M4 comp pack? Like in acceleration, handling, overall torque?

Is that stock with just a down pipe and tune ? If so what downpipe and what tune and does that void warranty , pretty sure any tune does but just wondering ..?

The previous tune with the popping was something I would have enjoyed in my late teens back in the 70's on my Z28, but on a car like this its very juvenile and something more suitable to an old rust bucket pickup truck.
Sounds great to me ! I would love for my car to sound like that but I don’t think it’s going to happen in my Kia Rio 😂

HEY AUTOVLOG! been watching your contents for sometime now, finally got myself a c63s 2020 version, I was wondering what you did to your car to sound like that... I know you got downpipes but what tune did you get? I recently purchased redstart downpipes with heat shielding and I'm thinking of taking the eco to DME... but I want my car to sound like this! not the ak47 type LOL... any suggestions... I guess my question would be what has changed since the previous sound? just re tuned?

Hey man i fell in love with c63s by watching your channel, I finally go it some months ago, its a 2019 and I love it but the crazy Awesome noise is not there, I can get some crackles on 2nd gear an pushing hard, 3rd gear nothing
I want more crackles will be happy with a 2018 stock noise even, any suggestions on what to get done on the car so i can get more of the original 2018 noises ?

Glad you like it. I personally prefer the stock tune without the crazy backfiring crackle. It would be nice if it was possible to just toggle between two separate tunes on the ECU.

What is the music you used?
Mike ... you need to get the AMG properly tuned on a Dyno .. Jeremy at Fasterproms ... just taking out the on board engine management and sending it away, isn't really tuning up the AMG the right way, you need to adjust the engine management and tune it in to the whole car set-up, only then will you see a vast improvement in power ... !
That used to be the case but you can get huge improvements by just tuning the DME as the cars nowadays have that many real time sensors that they can adjust and still develop huge power just by sending away the DME for a flash and not having to go onto a Dyno. Yes you would get better results by having out individual tune on your own car on a Dyno but don't underestimate the gains you get from flashing the DME especially with some nice bolt ons

One thing that I saw on this video is, that the distance between the three diffuser-plates are not absolutely equal. It looks like the right distance is a little bit less than the left one. Could you measure it up?

Can’t say it enough ......leave the freakin car stock for Pete’s sake it’s better that way. That popping is more like farts after a Mexican dinner and personally it don’t seem to be so exciting to hear , rather it’s annoying. The retune to original makes its sound like a beast keep it that way .

Its sounds good but the upshift sounds like its chocking on a fly it should pop when down shifting and when reving not upshifting

You take the mag thru eisenhower tunnel Colorado. The tunnel is several miles long. Tunnel goes under the Rocky Mountains on I70 West of Denver
