Ty for the video. Im in New England and i have a 100 year 100 ft old concrete driveway that has two ruts going all the way up. In the winter because of the ruts i can never get it really clean. My question is do i really need to tear the driveway out or would it be possibe to really clean it well and treat it then lay another layer on top of it. Thanks in advance
