for the blue line on the mug, sometimes little drops of ink will print onto the edge of the paper and sometimes you can't see it until you press it to your substrate. You just need to cut the edge of the paper before pressing. This is especially common for converted printers. Hope this helps!

@@AbiNova I have learned that sublimation is all about trial and errors! Just have to keep testing and practicing and you'll find the exact time, temp, and pressure for each product. Also, for the tumbler, you can put a piece of heat tape on one edge of the paper (blank side) where the seam meets and this should stop the ink from adhering to the substrate which is what causes the dark line in the seam. I saw this on TikTok from @PlyMouthCreative.

I keep reading how products need to be photographed in use, everywhere! Grab all your pals and your Mum and her pals and run a bunch of real life shoots too! Those pastel pens are the cutest thing ever, you know, pen wraps are a thing? They're crying out to be personal customization items. Even if the printer won't auto feed/flip, you can always manually feed to get both sides.
It's awesome that you got a new iPad! They are amazing! I'll be getting a new one sometime this year, I miss procreate. Excited for your next year of small businessing. I will be starting my own this year, so your videos really help out, thanks for all your hard work!

ahhh i'm so glad you were able to get rid of that blue line, that's frustrating when you can't see it and it doesn't happen on the other ones. i have a feeling it may have been on your digital file. may i suggest going into your file in photoshop and select Info under the Window menu and then select the eye dropper and place it over the area you think the blue ink is coming from, if there is any color the little info window will show values in rgb/cmyk . sometimes it is hard even if you do zoom in to notice these things, i hope this helps!
It helps if you rip the paper instead of cutting a straight line.. try maybe folding it and ripping it with a ruler or be really careful and try to rip it so you make a jagged edge.. that helps with the line …
might be lent om the cup that you can't see. Lent roll the cups before sublimating.
