There's nothing to see actually. There's no any evidence in any videos that she treated her bad or bullied her. Most of the people in the comments are like " oh look she pushed her, oh look Mina looks scared". And it's actually funny that no one ever cared or suspected anything until that day. I am not taking sides here. I am trying to be neutral. We can't know whats really going on and all we can do is support Mina because she is more important right now. Bullying or blaming Jimin won't make any difference than what she did to Mina. (if this nightmare is true, and it seems like true)
I want you to see a video of the Mina Crying and Jimin away clearly did not care as the other girls were comforting the Mina! There you will find many things!

5:16 - 5:24 when AoA had the last only chance to win jimin warned Mina and Choa and 5:17 can see her face making mina so scared and shocked which 5:18 mina just tried to block her own view to jimin by chanmi and choa 5:23 felt so uncomfortable and scared to make a mistake, showed in her face.
start from 6:44, when they lose the game, choa was so nervous and keep saying "I have nothing to say with jimin", showed her fear to jimin even she is older than jimin.
only these can show how jimin was like behind the camera to the other members and this leader gives no good atmosphere and support to the members.

Edit: I didn't expect this comment to blow up! Some of you guys may agree, some may not, but I watched this when I wanted to know who AOA was after their song "short hair". Most 2nd generation groups have a joke like manner when they interact but with AOA, as a new fan, it seemed to me like it was purely business and some of the members actions were weird.
Mina had darting eyes, she seemed like she was scared and when she made a mistake in the random play dance, she kept her head down and looked nervous for a second like as if she's going to be scolded harshly though it's just a game. PS: I recognised mina because she was the prettiest in the group imo
Jimin gave me the "I take no bullshit" vibes, had kind of a fake awkward laughter. I didn't really like her at that time as she seemed weird to me.
Choa was awkward as hell here and I attributed it to being in a well known variety show with a strong international fanbase, and she may not be confident.
Seolhyun seemed like she was trying to adapt and was smoothing things over, like being a bridge (?), connecting well with the members and the show.
For the other members I wasn't too sure as I couldn't see the difference between hyejong and Yuna, and chanmi didn't attract me enough to pay attention (at that time).
So no, I wasn't overanalyzing or overreacting, it was just a plain observation at that time when I was trying to get to know AOA (in the end I only knew mina, seolhyun, jimin, and chanmi as I can't tell the difference between hyejung and yuna till now 💩)
