Great conversation guys. I think that the problem with South Africa and indeed the rest of Africa is that the electorate are ignorant on what makes a good election candidate. Consequently, their vote does not bring about change. I think you guys could use your platforms to educate so that we stop voting for demagogues and idealogues but for people with sound ideas that will take us forward and can also be held accountable.

I love your expectations for of these young & youth related political parties, your platforms are part of the tool kit for teaching more people & maintain relations with the youth. Also politicians will learn a lot about the youth’s idea of an ideal SA, versus politicians forcing their perceptions of a better country that excludes the People.
You’re responsible of interesting these leaders to maintain consistent contact through your platforms, annoy them to the point where they also take a moment to learn, the evidently don’t know everything.

I love both of you gents, so may be you should do a post SONA conversation since this conversation was mostly about Pen. It would be a refreshing and not so kosher 🤣🤣 angle at looking at SA politics. Quite frankly, Pen's colourful language represents how we actually feel about the current political arrangement . In as much as I appreciate the guests you always bring, this episode balances that, we are too obsessed with decorum and being porche to an extent where people swallow what they actually want to say .
