Suzy you are a true blessing.. After watching this video I made a two weeks meal plan, wrote down what I needed and went to the market with the list and stuck to it. I could not imagine the savings I made. I used to go to the market and buy so many things that I thought I should buy and ended up throwing alot of them cos they would start rotting. Thanks again.will always have a meal plan to help save money
Thank you @Suzy for the video. Just tried following the meal plan for a week and it has really relieved me of having to think about what to prepare for Dinner every day.
This is exactly how I do my meal plans, then I print out recipes for each meal so that I have my grocery shopping list done for the month. I rotate the weeks for each month and so I can use my meal plan for 3 months. I have not yet started to use it fully though, I have been REALLY busy 🤕 BUT this month I relieved my helper of her duties and so I am going to be more serious with using the meal plan! I noticed you cook for a month, we only cook for a week. BUT maybe one of these days I will try cooking for two weeks.
Hi Suzy,i just like everything that you do,your advise, your plans, your cookings, you teach women out there a lot, they should learn so much things from you.I love you sister!i believe that if you live in abroad, you will never have problems at all.Infact africa is a paradise place to live.
