- From Season 21 of Walt Disney's Disneyland Anthology program we have Episode 4: Return of the Big Cat, Part 1 which originally aired October 6th, 1974. The McClaren family is trying to establish a foothold in the timber territory of Northern California during the 1890s. John and Sophina McClaren and their three children, Josh, Amy and Leroy, are joined by Sophina's father, Jubal. The family's lifestyle is threatened when a vicious cougar returns to the area. The cat had attacked Amy two years earlier, frightening her so badly she hasn't spoken since. Starring Jeremy Slateas John McClaren, Pat Crowley as Sophina McClaren, David Wayne as Grandpa Jubal, Christian Juttner as Leroy McClaren, Kim Richards as Amy McClaren and Jeff East as Josh McClaren.

Why's it called Return Of The Big Cat? Is this supposed to be some kinda sequel to that movie with the guy and the white german shepherd? Cause that wasn't even a Disney movie!
It's not a sequel. If you watch the episode you'll learn that the plot centers around a cat that injured one of the kids, left and came back some time later, thus the title.

I watched Part 1 Season 21 Ep 4 of Disney’s “Return of the Big Cat”. I can’t find Season 1 ep 1. All I see are two of the shows and they are not in order. Are the rest of them not on UA-cam? This was a great show, I’d love to find more of them. How do I find them?
There are just two episodes of Return of the Big Cat. Season 21 refers to the Disneyland Anthology series which consists of many, many different types of shows and specials. Season 21, episodes 4 and 5 are the story “Return of the Big Cat”

I can't praise you here for you'll be proud. I can't make you sad for the showing here is pretty good and pretty fine. While holding the bible the bad ones came to attacks. So the bible saved thee through the helped of a dog. All the actors and actress here is a well done.❤Amen. 😂😂😂.❤.Amen.
I understand why her brother wants to kill that big cat. It hurt her badly, if anything happen to my family member that cat is good has Dead. That boy sure is digging a big cat trap.❤❤❤ 21:43
