I haven’t picked up any of the fallout decks yet, but if we end up loving this deck we’ll definitely have to look into the science one.
I guess you could make nifty use of Coalition Relic by getting multiple charge counters through "double the number of counters", proliferate or untap effects? But I don't see how you're supposed to use it by itself either
Definitely a difficult card to utilize. I was very confused in how to get more than one mana out of it but you are correct. Untap effects or proliferate effects would work!

ohh, like the Tezzeret's Gauntlet, it has proliferate! and the alternate commander Cayth as well!
