So, I'm not getting paid to create this video, I just got this gear for free. Really excited, and this guitar seems like a solid budget instrument. Some fret buzz and completely out of tune out of the box, other than that, all seems good!

Great first impressions video. Looking forward to the detailed full review. How does this guitar compare to the Pacifica 012 and 112V which you tested? With the coil tap function DST-152R has it's actually a direct competitor to the 112V
Thank you! The coil-split does separate this from its competitors in the same price range. After a couple of days of playing, I would say that the bridge humbucker of both, 012 and112V handle distortion better. Also, 112V feels better to me, more expensive & comfortable feel. But this is definitely a worthy opponent to Pac 012. So far, this Donner has surprised me positively, let's see what else I can find. Thanks for commenting!😊👍

Why would you not tune it before complaining about string buzz or making sure the pickups work?
It looks like Donner Strat copies are getting nicer with every new version though.

Slightly overtuned but you getting better day by day right now☺️ that pentatonic lick you play much smoother right now and that boss katana sure the best Amp for that guitar

That guitar is either horribly Out Of tune or you're bending an out-of-town when you're playing your cords and you're a horrible guitar player one of the two
