Agreed, that big toe needed all that buildup UNDER the nail cleaned out. I understand not wanting to show cleaning dead skin/dirt from under toenails, but, cut the camera and clean under them nails. She's going to get an infection if she doesn't get all that gunk out from under her big toenail.
