- Summertime has officially started for us, and we're wasting no time! Heading out to Hollywood for the long, holiday weekend we're staying at the Sunset Tower Hotel. It's a relaxing weekend filled with great food, cocktails, and pool days. Our day at Universal Studios Hollywood will be the next video, dropping soon.

I feel so honored when families share the kids but in a great way. I have a nephew (now driving 😭😱) but your sweet boy reminds me of him in the best ways! I love how some kids find unique hobbies or interests. If I had an extra vacuum I’d send it. I have no affiliation but look into kiwi crate for him. It is a kit that includes everything for projects like a robot (basic) we used them often when the nephews were young and they are fantastic. Hey maybe they would sponsor you guys! I used to drive by that beautiful building all the time,I thought it was apartments didn’t realize it was a hotel. It is stunning love the old school Hollywood vibes. Caleb is such a darling unique (in the best way) young man. He is growing up right before our very eyes.

Hey guys, I believe the actual gas station was on Sunset, but down a ways between Highland boulevard and Vermont boulevard. Currently there is a fire station that was built on the original site. If you watch the Scotty Bowers documentary, he points that out. Btw, I love your videos.

With Caleb's latest obsession with vacuum cleaners, I strongly recommend he watch this UA-cam video: "Stan Kann & His Vacuum Collection | Living St. Louis." As you'll discover, Mr. Kann was quite the character and natural comedian. I had the great pleasure of hearing him play the "Mighty Wurlitzer" at the St. Louis Fox many years ago.

Hi Mike, we are planning on a road trip next May (the last two weeks) taking in Las Vegas, California (a few days in Disney & Universal) then up to Yosemite. Do you think this is a good time to visit with Memorial Day crowds? I’m aware some roads may still be closed in Yosemite due to snow.
