I know the "what to do when you can't draw" one is gonna win, but I would still kill for a tutorial on how you do hair!
Also, its super impressive that you can talk continuously on a topic while drawing. I would forget to do one or the other hahaha

This really lifted my spirits. I am working on my own manga now to self publish. I have been dreaming about this for so long, I began to worry about my style. This video really helped me today to put aside those doubts.

Another theme could be how to don't overwork yourself. Because I tend to do that. I mean, I love the feeling when I'm inspired but then I stay awake the whole night and can't sleep because I'm so excited and just want to draw. It's difficult if the next day is a school day ,:)

Thank you for your insights! I’ve been putting off doing any type of art on paper. I’m much better at physically making things, so I get discouraged when I can’t do anything close to that quality with a pencil. But you’ve helped me realize that there’s no shame in copying! I think people get too hung up on being original, but by discouraging copying, a lot of new artists like me won’t grow at all

I really like these sketchbook sundays :) The kitty's so cute!
I can't wait to be at a point where I'll be able to have my own style. I know the stuff I like, so I feel like I have an idea of what "my style" might embody ,but at the same time I know so much could change and my influences could be totally different by that time.

Oh gosh, I'm laughing at the poll having the option of "what to do when you can't draw," because I JUST commented about that on the other/first video of yours that I saw. I powered through earlier to get what I NEEDED done, because that's just what you gotta do, but you and looking at your delightful were the answer to WANTING to draw, laughs.
Art style itself is an interesting topic to me. I have one, I guess, but I never really found a way to ... identify it? I worked for a company where folks could pick out what was my work and not, and I'm comfortable with my art, but if asked to describe my style, I couldn't tell you a thing. Not a single word. I could tell you themes that repeat in my art, but themes are a different sort of thing. Style is just whatever happens between my arm and the page, and thinking about it stressed me out so much when I was younger, and newer to art. Could I BE an artist, without a specific style? Was I a bad artist because I didn't have one?
I don't think so. Maybe I'm weaker for not having chased the idea of a style, but I don't feel that I am. I'm (personally) content to just let it be whatever it is. I wonder if that'll change, in another five years.

I really love your videos but I just can't stand real time drawing. It's so boring to me to just sit and watch someone draw, I'm just so impatient. So I guess these sketchbook sundays are not for me, or maybe just as podcasts.
