Meal prepping before the work week helps me stay on track so much, I’m less likely to get takeout if things are prepped at home, I’m also more likely to remember to eat my produce if I’ve already washed and cut it up.

Definitely interested in planning videos. I have recently succumbed to a paper planner..been fighting since I also have a digital calendar. And it seems to be working. Would love to see how you utilize digital and paper.
Hi Jen. I was wondering if when you go to make lasagna have you thought of making 4-5 of them and freeze them? I have frozen lasagna many times and I never find a difference in taste. I know they would have to cook it but you could take it out the night before so it would be thawed by the time you deliver them, just a thought then you have them for those times that you are crushed for time. You could make any kind of video because I would watch it anyway lol 😂.
Like you, I actually enjoy grocery shoping. But when we all came down with "A virus, but not THE virus," and yes, that was the formal diagnosis, I tried Aldi delivery. Wow, what a game changer. Their prices are so good, that even with fees and tip, it was still on budget. I now periodically stock up on the boring and heavy stuff like flour, sugar and canned goods and save the fun shopping for in-person.
I've been trying to prep more, but we have one of those freezer on the bottom, double door fridges & it feels so small, I don't want to take up all of the space.🤦🏾♀️ Any *tiny* fridge tips?

My living room being a mess makes me crazy. My daughter for some reason never wants to play in her room. She is getting better at it thank goodness. Can't stand seeing toys thrown around the living room especially all her craft stuff like paper scraps and all the pom poms.
How did you train your dogs to stay in the yard? Amazed, especially with the new puppy. Would be scared to death to let mine out without a fence. No street smarts whatsoever. Great that you are a long way from the street. But did it worry you?
Went to a friend’s house for dinner and offered to help her make the salad and asked her for her salad spinner…she said she doesn’t have one I ask how do you clean your greens and she said she either doesn’t 😳 or just quickly run water over them and shake them off. She said no one uses salad spinners. Ummm, is that common????
