Told you it had to go, now raise the water level up in the rear overflow now till it is just barely trickling over the emergency overflow to remove all the sound. Go an have a look at how waterbox does it, they do it the right way.

I have the same tank, I had the same issue and what fixed mine was putting a bubble trap sponge. Good 🤞 luck

Yes! just take it out and everything will stabilize. Tanks has been running smooth since!
