I feel ya bro, he was not crystal clear on this matter. But if I understood his words correctly, it is possible but only if the title is ready. If you’re planning to flip within 2-3 years from turnover, he says to opt instead for in-house financing, despite the higher interest rate. Since titling will take 2-3 years and you will not be able to flip without the title. I still wonder if it can be flipped using a Contract to Sell Agreement with Assume Balance, without the title and instead refer to the physical address of the unit being sold, which shall eventually be replaced by the full details in the title when made available in the future. But im not too sure, im new at this too. Hopefully Mr. Richard can help clarify 😊

we shared 50-50 on the processing. It was cheap back then just 25,000 so 12,000 each

Yes there are MLS for buyers. Also Lamudi is not a multiple listing system its more of an online portal
