hi chris , i have another question here . what indication do i have that tells me i'm sawing too fats or too slow . thanks a lot your doing a very good job helping us with those videos.
Thanks! There are a few different indications that you could be going to fast. If it feels at all like your trying to force it, if your producing wavy cuts, if the blade comes off that could mean your going way to fast (or the blade is way to dull.) I think going to slow is a bit less of a worry but I do know that if you get pronounced saw lines that almost have a ridge on them going across the boards your cutting that could mean your going too slow. It really is a feel thing, and of course you will be able to go faster through smaller logs than bigger ones and different types of wood saw easier as well. I have usually found that you tell pretty well if your going the right speed if you keep just a slight pressure going forward but if your hear the motor starting to bog down it probably means your starting to go a bit to fast.
Hi James. Not that I want to avoid answering its just thats one of those things thats really hard to answer because so many things affect it such as the type of wood, size of logs, etc. But If I had to put an average for me personally i would say maybe 3 blades in that much time sawing.
I like your music.
Thanks! I am glad you enjoyed it.

good job chris . can you tell me how many time you have to change the blade in a day let's say in five or six hours of sawing. thanks
