      Yes, this spot was on the way to where I was headed and simply couldn't pass it up haha. Perhaps I'll make it to the other spot soon, so many!

    Your gut is absolutely correct, and don't let anybody tell you otherwise. None of that was imaginary and you sure as hell aren't crazy. @19:42 is a good screenshot. There's a reflection of some sort in the lower mid screen area, and just to the left of that is one Sabe face. Many more throughout. In fact, I've seen so many in your previous videos that I thought you may have been in contact with a clan.

      Thank you! I always feel lucky when I get some activity while I'm out there. Going through the edit I sometimes catch things I hadn't noticed and/or get help from comments such as yours 🙂
      I took a look and did notice a bright orange ball of light (middle of the screen right after the lens flare) as well as some faces off left on a steady frame. Good eye! I should have kept it pointed back there until the battery ran out 🤦‍♂️
      I plan to go back there soon (perhaps even tomorrow) and camp 3 miles further up the mountain where I originally planned. I've had a lot of activity out there as well. Fingers crossed 🤞

      It's probably best to go with a buddy if you can. If you can't, then just remain aware of your surroundings. Nothing wrong with exploring the woods! That's where I spent most my time growing up and rarely experienced any dangerous encounters.
      Some that stand out though... are a cougar sighting, dead rabbits hanging from trees and invisible baby rattle sounds :0
      I'd pick an area you want to explore and go early in the day. Then you can take your time with it and see if you want to stay overnight. Hope that helps!

    Hey, Seeing stuff that’s hard to process is hard , At first I didn’t know what to think , There’s reason in our times now that we’re seeing in therm or just reviewing footage entities to some crazy stuff we know we didn’t do ! Find an answer let me know ! No joke ! Been aware and seen Sasquatch since I was six years old at a cabin in the Sierra Nevada’s we frequented and I stayed by myself as a preteen on when school was out , You could go days ( much longer) up where the stream/ river comes outa the hills , Yosemite isn’t far but has absolutely no influence people wise , Low key to say the least ! These Podcasts start it seems daily , Sasquatch Theory I caught lying and it’s funny to an extent, They do a good production but that’s not mandatory , It’s about the subject .

    • @thehoggattproject
      @thehoggattproject  Місяць тому

      @@kevinstandow2943 I recently bought a thermal monocular because I believed it would help spot things lurking around camp (I usually am far enough away from other people to hopefully rule them out).
      From my research, they are usually designed for long range and are quite expensive. This is a decent entry level one that's not too zoomed in, but still leaves some to be desired.
      I try to edit and color my videos to add production value but do not doctor any footage. What you see is what I see. I'm out there trying to capture something real and not force things to happen. I've also had my fair share of paranormal, bigfoot and unexplainable experiences. Anyway... thanks for the comment!

    Maybe get one of them high powered air rifles the ones rated for deer hunting if you dont want a fire arm. You know the 3500 psi ones that use 40 cal pellets that will dispatch a deer or coyote or seriously mess up a persons life. But if your in america why arent you armed with a handgun if i was camping anywhere in america id be armed with at the minimum a handgun at 45 at least and a 12 gauge with some exotic ammo, bear bangers ( the ones that fly out then explode very loudly and bright with a sizable concussion) and if i could find those dragons breath ones. How about those trip alsrms that use 12 gauge blanks id put birdshot aimed at whereever it was triggered at then kets see who the fuk ever explain that to a dr. I dont understand people who live in a country that allows tyou to be armed and then srent armed, i mean wtf.

      I have a perimeter alarm to test out if the area I'm in calls for it. This location was fairly open with steep embankments on the Southern and Westerly slides, with the road being on the North of my camp. So, I didn't feel the need to set it up.
      I keep a knife on me which is way more handy and I tend to actually use. Although there was some activity going on at this spot, I didn't really feel threatened at any point. The wood knocks were out to get the squirrels and stopped once I walked over there. I also had a blazing 🔥 going this time

    Brother...why do you get scared so easily? I think you definitely may have some mental concerns which are the basis of these "sightings". Please consider this brother. Don't be afraid to get help if you need it. Truly.
    Also spotlights are a good investment...unless you just want to generate views this way then ignore everything i said.

    • @thehoggattproject
      @thehoggattproject  Місяць тому +5

      Hey, thanks for your concern. I don't think I'm being irrational though. I pointed out several things that happened that were real and also leave things up to interpretation. I don't always notice things that happen in the field and find them during the edit too (it's best to listen with headphones).
      There are also things that happen that don't get filmed, so I try to paint the whole picture best I can. I have used spotlights in the past and recently got this thermal and night vision to try out.
      I do take mental health very seriously though and agree that help should always be sought out if and when needed.
