This fight on my melee Sandy build was brutal. Next playthrough was a netrunner and it was a walk in the park compared to the first
Its trivial if you use a zerker melee build instead :)
i never noticed til now, but Mrs President is maybe the only NPC in the entire game that can form complete sentences...
this DLC is way too dark (literally), everything is at night and hard to see lol
With you there. I'm sat here on a bright sunny day with the light off and curtains drawn - only way to see most of the action on screen!
Fortunately, there's a flashlight mod on the Nexus.
I installed the Nova City custom weather mod(which requires both Night City and Dogtown Visuals Nulled) and now it is daytime(and therefore brighter) when I, say, go through the whole parking garage with Songbird.
I also have the flashlight mod so I use that if needed. :)
It gets darker thematically if you choose to side with Reed, deciding to give Songbird to Myers, or end her life.

I mean... it's a CDPR game, so you _know_ Myers is gonna turn out to be turbo-hitler. But I gotta admit, I like her so far.
I opened fire when he said "presidential suite", but I heard that it's possible to get him his Rayfield....
Not a bad fight as big spider mecha fight sequences go. Not quite Binary Domain good, (nothing ever is lbh) but pretty good. Normally dislike bullet sponge sequences, but Cyberpunk really kind of lacking on the boss fights front, so it's actually a nice change of pace. Less annoying than the Maelstrom Cyberpsycho fight at least.
Great fight, personally i used Contagion and Fire backed up with tech weapons.

Must be why she can stand in front of it and face tank attacks that 1 shot V. Honestly not sure why she cant just walk out into Dogtown and kill everyone whilst cutting her way out.

Some games do have important NPC's able to die just like any other.
And the story of the game will be effected by it.

@@GophersVids You gotta admit though, that's so much better than escort missions where your target has 1 hp - and runs into every enemy line of fire within a kilometer radius yelling LEEROY JENKINS.
Hell, she's even competent, taking down targets without alerting every single one of their friends in sight or hearing range - and a few ones that aren't, for good measure.
those first 4 minutes , quite the camera work for the cutscene.
Hahahaha you’ve done what I used to do. Nowadays I just stay on the second floor and run like hell, use kerenzikov and use a smart sub machine gun of some kind(Yinglong or Warden are my go to weapons lol.). I also hack when I get the chance. :3
Also try doing this with the Wannabe Edgerunner mod! With that mod I get a humanity bar, which decreases with each kill(varies on who gets killed), cyberware usage(ie: Sandevistan, cyberdeck with overclock, berserk. More humanity points are lost here), etc lol. I take neuroblockers before the whole fight with Barghest and Chimera in that room. :P. Not to mention I recently installed the Enemies overhaul mod to make them(including the chimera) more challenging lol.
Anyway this is fun to watch! :D

This sequence was by far my favorite in the whole game and one of my favorite of all time. The pacing, action, and tension was immaculate. They knew what they were doing with this intro to the DLC. I had so much fine fighting the robot the first time (despite dying a few times along the way).
...wait, what happened at 0:46? Did Gopher not get the secondary heart cyberware? What did he load in its stead?
