I would love to be a fly on the wall if she ever was forced to be a normal person with normal responsibilities. Sadly I don't think she's capable of it. She needs to live with a guardian; she's too incompetent to live alone, work any job, run errands etc.

I stabbed my hand when I was pitting an avocado in a hurry. My knife was so sharp and I so used too much force that I impaled my hand to the cutting board. It did not bleed that much, but I knew I was in trouble because I could no longer move three fingers. The ER stitched it closed and referred me to a hand surgeon. It took 2+ hours of microsurgery to reattach the tendons and nerves that I severed, followed by 6 weeks in a splint and 6 weeks of PT to regain use of those fingers.
I did not eat first, nor did I freak out in the ER. I was so embarrassed that I made such a stupid mistake, as I am an experienced cook. But I was running late, had a bad day at work, and had hangry children to feed, along with a million chores to finish before bedtime. You know, typical day for working parents. It was still stupid.

I’ve been catching up with old videos. So, I’m late 🥰. These words. They seem so foreshadowing in a way. I hope not, for this young lady’s sake, but then again, you also choose your path, you know. I try to not out negativity out there…I yet, I seem to watching it and involving myself in it. Hmmm? A catch-22 🤔
i know someone working in urgent care, and mishandling of avocado circles are actually a very common cause of hand injuries. so is cutting into things while holding them (which is what amber was doing). remember kids- always remove avocado circles with a SPOON, not a knife, and if you're going to cut into something lay it flat on a cutting board. ✌️

Nope. I frequently use a paring knife and have since I was a preteen. Unlike hambone, I know how to properly handle a knife. 😂

Wouldn't she let Destiny go to Wommart without her? Destiny could have grabbed what she needed while Amber was stuffing her face. And would've given Destiny a few moments of peace.
Also the way Amber was making it sound like she needed an urgent emergency procedure, freaking about her "flesh falling out"....bur it's definitely not bad enough to wait til later to eat....🙄

Wait, she's at the ER at five AM over a very small cut?? I'm surprised they even stitched it. She probably insisted and made a big stink about it. At that hour, the hospital probably has a lot of heart attacks, strokes and seizures to deal with. She could have gone to see a GP the following morning, it's not like she would have bled to death.

why people dont pay attention to the weather is baffling to me. storms don't come out of nowhere, and it's actually pretty predictable. it should be common knowledge to check the weather, AND not to go out in hazardous conditions.
She was so happy once she was at hospital and got given stitches she was smiling the whole time. Swear she has munchasens. She wants the attention and sympathy that come with being injured or unwell

ive struggled with self harm since i was 10 (im 21 now) and have had a lot of serious incidents which definitely needed stitches (down to the muscle) but refused to go so i’ve gotten pretty good at first aid.
going to the ER for that cut wasn’t really necessary. all she needed to do is go to walmart and buy steri strips, a dressing, a bandage and an antiseptic spray. would’ve saved a lot of money

A glass jar pf jalapeños once fell out of my fridge and i stepped on a huge piece of broken glass. So much Blood was quickly flowing out of the large cut that i nearly slipped. I live alone so no one was there to help me.
On the upside im now able to apply a bandage very good with absolutely no medical experience. It was far larger than ambers cut and i didn’t feel like waiting in the ER for 6+ hours and it all went fine

A month awhile ago, I cut my finger and the amount of blood came out was like insane…like, I was, “Wtf?!” Like…this amount of blood over a damn cucumber? Was it even worth it? Maybe, some good cheese? But, this shit? 😒😂. So, when I see a video like this? I just laugh! 😂. I get that people react differently, but, I just get so tickled…seeing how dramatically a person can make things be! I hope your cut turned out okay! 🥰
I feel like the reason she overreacts to so many mundane things is that she lacks an interesting personality or the ability to come up with interesting things to say on the fly. So, she attempts to curate drama where none exists thereby snatching a few more views for herself. Honestly, I think that's the reason why she comes off as being so fake all the time as well.

What's funny is I've never cut myself with a knife while holding the food but have had a couple knife slips with the food safely on a cutting board 😂 We keep our knives extremely sharp because I cook all meals everyday from home and need my knives to actually cut. I'd rather use a paring knife all day. Also someone who uses the knife to get that stupid circle out. 😅 Never been cut.

When we jump and hit the ground, our joints absorb many times our body weight in ground reaction forces. It’s not surprising that she can’t skip.

I hate amber as much as the next person but these comments saying she shouldn't have went to the ER are uneducated. I work in the ER, that cut clearly did need to be stitched. You should absolutely take cuts that are deep seriously and you should make sure they wont get infected. For all the things to get on Amber for, this isn't one of them. Also getting stitches does suck. It hurts. Ive had over seven surgeries and still cried like a baby when I needed stitches on my forehead
I agree. Some of them are like bragging getting stabbed and doing DIY medical care for something that should’ve been immediate ER visit. This is just hating on Amber for the sake of it. If the ER felt it was needed for stitches and T-shot, then it wasn’t stupid of her to do. Could’ve gotten infected and even worse had she not done that.
Of all things to criticize Amber over, her going to the ER for stitches and a shot for cautionary preventive treatment is shitty as hell.
I actually gotta agree. Tetanus is no joke. And I low-key think they had the student practice stitches on her. But..going to the er if you're injured to get checked etc..shouldn't be a dis- now...of course the fact it's her makes it 😒..but I agree with u

If you can stop to eat, then it's not that bad.
Her cut was in the fleshy part of her hand. Yes, it's gonna bleed.
That's one where they'll throw two or three stitches in if you show up.... But most people would put ointment on it, bandage it, and be fine after a few days.
Although palm cuts do suck.
And yes, if you go down a few layers into the derma, then you're going to see some corpuscles. Still not a reason to freak like she did.
And it sounds like they didn't bother to numb the area if you cried. I had a cyst cut out of the top of my head and didn't feel anything aside from a couple pokes from the needle.
I've had over seven surgeries, too. My latest was my third back surgery in September. A third disc had eaten itself away, so they inserted another spacer through my side, then flipped me over to go through my back to remove/replace some of the older hardware. Although they still couldn't do anything about that one fractured screw. Too risky to mess with that.
They still can't "fix" me, though. Not much they can do for spinal stenosis. I still have a lot of problems. Still have to remain on the strong painkiller just to be able to function mostly normal, and I'm still in constant pain. Still can't walk too far, still look like a Weeble when I walk, too. Some days I still have to use my wheelchair. Chronic pain sucks. Feels like my hips are being twisted inside out. Pounding pain across my lower back. Feels like there's a weird "hum" in my spine. Feels like my spine is being crushed straight down. Can't stand, sit, or lie down for long periods. Can't lie on my back for more than ten minutes because the pain gets so bad. Had to be put out just to have the MRI done.
Yeah, I'd love to see Amber going through that. I'd love to see her face real pain. Wonder what she'd do when pain gets so bad that it makes her so nauseated that she can't eat.
I'm grateful I have a high pain tolerance to begin with. It helps.
It also helps to keep a sense of humor and a positive attitude.

I cut my hand fairly bad doing dishes before. Had to get 4 stitches on the side off my palm and 2 in my pinky. The adrenaline dump alone made me want to vomit, let alone wanting to eat a meal afterwards. I could nevaaaaa

Amber is the type of person that turned me away from a career in healthcare. Honestly most people in America get sooooo worked up over the most minor pain/inconvenience, not sure if it’s like that in other countries….
Well working in healthcare you'll deal with a lot worse than that, so it's probably for the best 😂

I once sliced my thumb at work and drove myself to the hospital. I got 16 stitches and got the numbing needle right in my bone. I went to work the next day. 😊 She could never.
I'm sure her hand hurt. I'm sure it bled a lot. No argument there. But she was acting to much for her big age.
