Honestly, I have sympathy for her exs, EXCEPT Destiny. They both are horrible people inside and out. Destiny also pisses me off when she spilled the tea on how abusive Amber was, YET Destiny had no issue having Amber around Dana, and Dana's nieces and nephews. I have so many friends who've escaped abusive relationships, not one of them would dare hang out and pretend to be all buddy buddy with their abusive ex, simply for shits and giggles. I swear Destiny is absolutely as vile as Amber.
11:02 It’s funny (not haha funny) that in this clip she says how Casy wasn’t handy with her and wasn’t attracted to her when they met and almost never paid her attention in that regard. To get disability, you actually had to have worked for a while lmao. She probably could have gotten SSI while she was living with Krystle and in the beginning with Destiny, but once you start making more than I think $1k a month you no longer qualify. Basic SSI is also less than $800 (at least in my state) although with her being in foster care she might have been able to get different benefits.
But I doubt she ever did, it's quite a process to get it, and unless Krystle's parents made her sign up for it and do all the follow up paperwork and appointments, she definitely didn't have the initiative to do it. They make you jump through all kinds of hoops so it's literally easier to just get a job if you're not disabled (and it's also hell to get if you ARE disabled because of how many hoops there are to jump through)
It’s very hard to get disability. Plus- she’s obese which is HER fault.
⬆️ THIS. She makes way too much money. There is also tons of video proof forever enshrined on the internet that she is mostly able-bodied and would be able to perform sedentary job duties.
As someone who gets SSI I GUARANTEE you Amber didn't didn't through all of the heinous paperwork, back and forth, constant mistakes on their behalf you must correct, watching the mail because if you miss an important letter regarding it they could cut everything off, etc yeah it was so much work and I doubt she would ever put that much effort into anything. And guarantee they would ask for her receipts and what she's spending her money on.
Sending naked pictures to someone "to mentally prepare" them is a bold play.
