    When you say the dip bar ships 15th december, do you mean it will get back in stock for black week or did it already sell out? Was trying to buy one.

    Hey micha I took one week off from weighted pull ups I was just doing body weight for 2 days out of the week now I am barely doing 15kg for for reps I was doing 26.5 kg 3 sets 6-3 reps how did I lose that much strength in only one week off?

      Normal. Don’t panic and just work your way back up. 1-3 weeks and your back on the old level
