    Every gym should replace such bars. Would be a dream.

    Being a smaller dude there is no way I can dip without bonking my head on the rack. Along with the fact that dipping heavy feels just awful on these facing either direction. I built my own out of wood and steel pipe, width is perfect for me, and it's sturdy as hell. It was pretty cheap to make too.

    4:50 i use 2 boxes on the sides

      I just put the box in front and enter backwards

      Yep. Are the benefits worth the investment. The better you get, the more it tends to be worth it

    I trained too long with a v-station and now straight bars (the ones where you mount your feet on the sides) feel uncomfortable when I dip heavy

      These usually also have a way to thin bar, feels very unstable.

    dips are usually 42mm in diameter, why are these 50mm?
