2017 Ram 2500 Laramie diesel ,the headlight adjustment is in the first hole and is the opposite ,whereas right is to lower, left is to raise, 7mm socket with extension used.
I have a 2012 Ram, and it is definitely the other hole with the arrow for verticle adjustnent with reflector. The hole you showed is for projector type verticle adjustment...

That moves up and down... How do (if able) you move the headlights left and right? My Driver side is very focused and my passenger side is not. The progector seams like a beam in the driver side and on the passenger side unfocused/wide.
That's more likely to due with a misplaced bulb. Headlights have a focal point like using a magnifying to focus sun. too far forward or back will misalign the beam pattern.

I installed the 2 inch leveling kit from readylift and right after, I felt my retrofit HID distance in ram projector doubled and can see so much better. I know it is aimed a bit high but so far no one has flashed me yet
So my 17 Ram is ass backwards. Nothing in the front hole. One closest to windshield is up and down.

Confirmed. I have a 2015 1500 with the regular headlights. Second hole, closest to windshield. Simple turn of a special bit screwdriver and done ✅
@@nickp5418 - My 2012 Ram has the brightest bulbs I know of (PIAA bulbs) are horrible. Like 2 flashlights would be better...

That's because you're in the southern hemisphere, where as we're in the northern. 🙃

Can you adjust the high beams???
The whole headlight assembly moves up or down. Thus raising or lowering both low and high beams as I have found.
CW raises and CCW lowers?
