- Last week I visited Salt Pan restaurant located in Bhuigoan, Vasai West.
It was a dreamy lunch for me!
We had:
Tangy Mutton Chop: Not as tangy as the name suggests but a balance of all flavours with nicely cooked meat!
Flambe Tandoor: Here they put the chicken on fire using alcohol. Nice & tender.
Tandoori soya chap Rara: Tastes like keema but is veg 😌 that with Bekhmeeri roti 😋
Pav Bhaji fondue: This is not like Juhu Pav Bhaji, it’s creamier & the page is buttery. I think if you have low spice tolerance then you’ll like this Pav Bhaji
Jalebi Caviar with saffron Rabri: Crunchy & sweeeeet!
Chai ice cream: Out of curiosity I tried this & it was a nice experience. The after taste of this ice cream is exactly like chai! Idk how surprisingly I liked it. Try it for novelty 😋
We had a couple of more stuff like Mocktails & finger foods.

Well, I had been to this place quite a couple of times. Enjoyed the ambience, food and the service. One of the very good upcoming place in Coastal Vasai. All the best to the owners and looking forward many more good dishes.

This restaurant is not as good as what it is shown in this video. I have been to this place and the taste of the food is not good, it just looks fancy but not up to the mark
