Hi... I heard after the updates, earpiece volume got low it seems. Is it true?

I'm not able to confirm if there has been a volume change before and after the update as I rarely use the earbuds.
However, I noticed a volume difference between earbuds vs headphones, also there was the pop up at 2/3 volume to warn about loud music being dangerous, where you need to acknowledge else it will limit the volume to 60%.

@@NicoFromTuscany Sorry, I meant mobile's speaker, which we use for calls. That speaker got low it seems after the update.

Well, I usually don't keep it full blast, but I must admit that now the volume is more modular, in the way that's easier to get the volume right. Before, when adjusting the volume, the scale was kind of uneven, with big volume steps. Now it's much easier to find the right volume.
However, I cannot tell if to achieve this, the max volume has been decreased.
Please let me know if you have further questions. 🙂

@@NicoFromTuscany ohh I see. Well, thank you for being so humble and elaborating answers on my doubts. 😄 Also, one last tiny doubt. If you call someone and keep the phone to your ear, how's the call quality sound? Is it loud enough or quite inaudible after the updates?

      You're welcome.
Had no low volume issue. If it happens, it's usually due to bad reception, but most likely the person on the other side of the call that's not holding the phone correctly 😵‍💫
      All the best, Nico

Did you buy the phone yourself?

Yes, I bought it after extensive research. As it checked all the specs I was looking for, like good lenses, 4k video, fast processing and huge battery life. But while staying within a reasonable budget.
Also, last OnePlus I was using is 6 years old and still working 😎
