സംവരണം ഇല്ലാതാകണമെങ്കിൽ ജാതി ഇല്ലാതകണം. ജാതി ഇല്ലാതകണമെങ്കിൽ മിശ്ര വിവാഹം സാർവത്രികമാകണം. നിലവിൽ സംവരണം ഏതെങ്കിലും ജാതിക്ക് കൂടുതൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നുണ്ടോ എന്നറിയാൻ ജാതി സെൻസസ് എടുക്കണം. എങ്കിൽ മാത്രമെ ജനസംഖ്യാനുപാതികമായാണോ സംവരണം ലഭിക്കുന്നതെന്ന കാര്യം അറിയാൻ സാധിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.

1 ) ഭരണഘടന എഴുതിയ ആളുകളുടെ അഭിപ്രായം ആണ് പറഞ്ഞത്.. തുല്യത ഉറപ്പിക്കാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയാണ് അത്..
ഏത്‌ നിയമം വേണമെന്ന് ഉള്ള ചര്‍ച്ച വന്നാല്‍ shariyya law വേണമെന്ന് പറയുന്ന ആളുകള്‍ ഉണ്ടാക്കും. അംബേദ്കര്‍ തുല്യത തന്നെയാണ് മുന്നോട് വെച്ചത്.
2) social justice എന്നത് തെറ്റ് ചെയുന്ന ആളുകള്‍ കൊടുക്കേണ്ട കാര്യമാണ് .but reservation അങ്ങിനെ അല്ല..reservation തന്നെ social justice ആണ്.
3) disparity ഉണ്ടെന്ന് കരുതി അത് ജാതി വിവേചനം ആകണമെന്ന് ഇല്ലെന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്.. disparity ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത് മറ്റ് പല കാരണങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട്.

I am just saying that interest illathathanu enna argument inu ethire, if you say that their share increased after reservation, that is not sufficient to debunk the argument. Saying that interest cannot be measured and saying that theyare not represented due to lack of interest is not substantiated by evidence is actually a better counter than what you said. School reservation, college reservation, entrance exam reservation and age relaxation, college reservation, job reservation...it just goes on. How's that fair? At least job should be based purely on educational merit right?

Reservation at IITs and IIMs show the real picture of issue with Reservation, the drop put rates and average GPA of reserved students are lower compared to the the unreserved. The reserved students itself rate, the unreserved more competent than themselves in papers.
Having high drop out rates + lower average GPA affects the quality of IITs in itself, and affect its International Clout. This affects placements especially international , which again affects the global ranking.
Apart from the direct results , even recruiters are openly started stating the drop in quality especially for on-site jobs.
The drop out rates owing to not cope with the relatively competent students is a waste of taxpayers money.
Give free coaching and good resources to all underprivileged - nobody oppose the same. Reservation looks people look weak. British destroyed India - but we don't beg for Reservation at Oxford and Cambridge, it would have been a national shame, cs we know we can outperform them.

Was there a study on drop out rates/GPA based on students reservation status?

Data of low GPA and drop out rates at IITs are public there -> 60 - 90%. Can't paste the link here , comments getting spammed. Just Google, will get direct results. Whether these have been presented as a study, I am not aware.
There are studies that reflect on low GPA of reserved students as a cause for their low placements at IIMs.

In case of keam exam , sc/st candidates can enter in the rank list by attending just a single question.... Whether the answer is right or wrong and the canditade got negative mark he can also take an admission in the government college......How can a person with
zero mark in keam pass engineering degree.....??
@@RevanandEP even if you dont know driving, in the beginning, you could become a driver by practice, so a person with zero keam, can pass engineering. The past may or may not carry forward. The admission tests are done to make a selection, and not necessarily, a test for the future.
