Yusuke is commonly referred to as a “samurai” which were essentially just the police force, they’re entire job was to protect merchants and wholesalers. Yuzuke was a slave cart pusher who was able to escape slavery with brute force, he was never inducted into the shogunate. He was a merciful single acting shinobi. After this the Japanese realized trying to keep slaves that were much larger and more powerful than you was not going to work, which started their hellish domination over Korea 👍
Crazy Ubisoft would make a game of a black man attacking Asians in Japan. If they wanted accuracy they could’ve just made it modern day and set it in New York
Samurai is a noble class in Japan. Man must be given a family name to become a noble and family name only approved by Daimyō, Shōgun or Tennō. We can't find Yasuke a family name. That mean this black man is not a samurai.
To be a samurai (侍) means to have a honor and respect, also to serve for your people for the greater cause. Just because you are holding a katana, doesn't make you a samurai.
My question is to all the people of African origin. Do you feel tired of the forced inclusivity that does not care of your real culture and history, but aims for the cheap representation whenever it fits or not? It's not a trolling.

Asians care about blood relationships more than anything. There is no way for a black guy to reach the samurai class. This game is a joke.
Look up Yusuke
@@jmooshu "It is important to note that despite popular myth and modern depictions there are no historical writings nor evidence that Yasuke was ever granted the rank or title of samurai"
Yeah but is this a fictional game ? For example Afro samurai goes hard af

There is even a painting with him from ~1605. Look for "Sumō yūrakuzu byōbu".
Netflix presents: Samurai starring Shaquille O'Neil
