I’m sorry to say it, but you guys need to get with the times. The 2012 hipster is gone and so are the fashions. There might be the odd 35 year old trying to hold onto his youth but your market is rapidly shrinking and more and more people are ditching the big beard every day (myself included - now I have a 5mm beard that’s very easy to maintain).
It might to be time for a total re-brand and focus. Move towards modern urban grooming and drop “beard” as the main focus of your marketing.
