Hey Kara. A more visual way to denote quality might be to have 10 squares and color them in given you sleep quality (for instance, last night you would have colored in 7 full boxes plus a little bit of the 8th box). that may help you see more easily how to quality aspect changes over time. Loving this first day and looking forward to more!!!!!

So happy you showed that sleep app, i currently have a fitbit that tracks my sleep but ill be getting a Apple watch tomorrow and i like tracking my sleep :). When you were picking a color for the sleep tracker i saying colors to use at the video lol Love your daily set ups and your pretty handwriting ^_^!

If you can't find anyone to watch the dogs there us a very helpful app called Rover. Where you can hire trustworthy people to drop in, feed, or walk the dogs. That is if you don't happen to find a friend or someone. I started watching you when you were in February OMIMBJ. I'm really happy you brought it back. Byyyeeee

I'm happy these videos are back. I really enjoy watching them. Will you be talking about the other inserts you have in your TN during this month's videos? I'm very intrigued by the TN concept and of course I love the covers and charms and everything that goes with it, but am having a hard time thinking through what the inserts would used for on top of my LT. I noticed that on your time bar you put your sleep in 12PM and work on 12AM. just thought I would throw that out there, seeing as you would "sleep" in the middle of the day and work at Midnight. so happy that this series is back though.
Sleep on my time bar is from 10:30pm to 5:30am (my ideal sleep times) :)
but your marking 12pm which is NOON as sleep. that would be confusing to some

You often talk about webinars you're attending to in your videos, and I was wondering if you could recommend some of them or list the ones you've attended. I don't live in the US and love to learn things (productivity, creativity etc...) from US people as more material is available than in France.

Kara, which pen do you have attached to your Bullet Journal? And does it have a favorite color ink?
So, when you're sleeping, it's actually 12am, not 12pm. Would it make more sense to start the time bar at 12 and go 12-11? Maybe you've addressed this before....

I'm not sure yet haha! I've really been loving combining the best of both worlds... my trusty hardbound notebook with the flexibility of a cover and other inserts as needed :)
Hi Kara! Love your videos! Question about how you manage your time tracker. I watched your other video, but I'm not quite sure I understand. On your daily you recorded a wake up time of 6am, but the sleep log shows you slept 'til 7. Is the time tracker on the daily the "wish list" of how you want your day to go...even when you already know it didn't go that way? I'm still figuring out how to manage a time tracker & am curious as to your thoughts.
My time bar is how I want my day to go, not a record or the actual time spent. In my normal planning routine (planning at night for the day ahead), I'm planning this whole time bar in advance. Hope that makes sense :)

How do you add notes that you make on a particular day to your index, so you could search for them later?
I think you can just add the topic of the note to your index along with its page number

For the sleep app, I'm assuming you wear the Apple Watch to bed ?? If not, please explain that better...want to try something like this.
Yes Kara, what app do you use on your phone & watch. I used to track using my Fitbit but I have since upgraded😂
Yes, I wear it to bed :) I charge it in the evening before bed, and then wear it non-stop until the following evening when it's time to charge again :)
Is it just me of does the video seem sped up or something? Kinda making it seem wonky. I'm excited to see these everyday though!
Yes, Stephanie. Some parts of the video (where I'm not talking) are sped up so that the video isn't super long :)
