I’m in ✨ CHOIR ✨ however I hate singing for my family
I was in concert choir at school and church, and STILL my mother would always tell me I had no talent when I'd sing around the house. So, be glad your mother WANTS you to sing!❤❤❤
I'm in a Harmonix choir (male choir) at my school and I have a dress rehearsal and my concert got moved to Monday it was supposed to be on Tuesday but got moved last minute 😭😭😭

I love singing…but you tell me to do karaoke or something in front of people I freeze up…man I did choir and dance competitions…u tell me to a solo or something by myself that’s a no….i really need to stop doing that to myself ❤

Extreme social anxiety performing in front of strangers/family person. My Asian side of the family dragged us to some getaway for a few days when I was about 13. They signed me up for karaoke on a stage without my consent. I found out at dinner and went and hid in the hotel room with my mom. They got so mad at me that I 'embarrassed them' when the people kept calling my name and I didn't show up.
