didnt know about that D washer in the triple tree clamp. just looked at my project and its missing. go figure. luckily the clamp isnt broken yet. thanks for that info
Jeff, thanks for watching. This build was a lot of fun. The tank came out incredible. Please consider subscribing and share with your friends I would really appreciate it.
Nice job, looks great. I’ve been working on the same bike on and off for 10 months and you crank them out one after another. I prefer a small front fender. Seat color matching the grips is a nice detail and the tan/brown color is perfect with the tank color. Very good looking bike.
Thanks for watching. This bike was a fun build. Doing these videos has forced me to be more accountable and get stuff done. Before I would go into the shop, watch TV and not get anything done.
Great work with this project, can't believe how nice it looks from where it started! Question for the tuning, what do you think those pops in the exhaust are coming from?
That was the first ride. I am sure that the carb needed tuning and the timing checked. If I had to guess it's from it being lean. Did not have a filters on it for this ride. Just making sure it ran before the owner picked it up.
I'm alwayd interested in other peoples take of CB/CJ 250/360. CB350 had the D washer, pretty sure it wasn't on any CB360's and definitely wasn't on any CJ250/360

My favorite is when both are broken. That means they were tightening the first one and it snapped so they repeated the process on the next one. 😂
Would be nice to have local classic bike meets like they do cars
That would be a great thing. Thanks for watching!
That is a beautiful bike!

Nice bike, I had an original one, the only thing that failed was the current regulator, and I was talking about the year 87
WOW! Thanks for watching
Amazing job! I wish you were in Utah so you could help me finish mine!
What do you have left to do? That sounds like a road trip.

Cool approach with battery clearance issue. Would have loved to have seen that extension fab work process.
If I still have footage I make that shirt video.
I’d fit a small fender on the front close to tyre
That would be cool. This is the way the customer wanted it. Thanks for watching.
Another great build. Stuck that finger in the wrong place huh. 😜
🤣Cut the tip off with a hedge trimmer. Thanks for watching.
What did you use for the rear fender? Off any particular bike?
That’s the original cb360 fender. Cut it and rolled it up.
