On the border and migration, Americans are in denial. Many parts of the US are experiencing a labor shortage due to residents migrating to other states. Unfortunately, many states where migrant labor can help uplift the local economy do not welcome the migrant population, in this sense they are in denial as to other economic reality. But where migrant labor is welcome, they are under attack to score political points, and at the expense of the migrants and the local government that embraces them. Americans need straight talk about the realities of life in the US at this time.

The only thing wrong with the economy has been that wages have not kept pace with inflation. The reality is that once prices go up, they rarely go down. Capitalism is based on pricing at whatever the market is willing to bare and the American people did not protest excessive price hikes due to price gauging. So the task now is to get wages in step with inflation. The Federal Reserve cutting rates will positively affect businesses because they rely on many types of loans as cost of doing business. The emerging issue no one mentions is the looming labor collapse due to automation, AI, and robotics. Capitalism requires reducing expenses to increase profit margins. The largest expense is always labor. This paradigm shift effectively knocks out the unions. Only so much can be done by the government. Most of life is up to the individual's desire to survive and thrive.
THIS!!! Everything went up except wages. Now inflation, gas prices, rent and home prices are all coming down. Food prices will continue to go up, and even though stock prices are going up, only thing not moving is wages. Who is going to change that???

I like Fetterman and I also don't like that he did not answer the question why he supports fracking. She asked twice and twice he did not answer.
Fetterman has become a disappointment to us Dems. Lobbyists have gotten to him.
He could have made a simple answer: “we need to move our world away from fossil fuel consumption, be it fracking or drilling or digging coal. But until we have alternate green friendly fuel systems in place and ready to provide for our fuel needs, fracking remains an important part of fulfilling our fuel needs”.
Not that hard.

Senator Fetterman is right - too many useless GOTCHA questions, one after the other: Fracking, Sen. Sanders' negatives against Israel, past gotcha quotes by Sen. Fetterman which he is called upon to defend rather than talk about the present and future. Tim Russert was the big user of gotcha tricks. It was a useless tactic back then and is stil exactly that. I tune out when that stuff comes back over and over. Boring and of no use other than to allow the moderator to score one for the Gipper. A tiny one based on harvesting very low-hanging, next-to-rotten fruit.
Senator Lindsey will not answer that question because Trump has something serious to leak for Lindsey.
Graham is infuriating. If we're pushing abortion rights to the states, why is he trying to influence how Nebraska conducts their elections?
