Sinéad O'Connor wax figure unveiled at National Wax Museum

A wax figure of Sinéad O’Connor has been unveiled at the National Wax Museum in Dublin.
The statue was unveiled by museum owner Paddy Dunning, one of Sinead’s lifelong friends, this morning.
It comes a day before the first anniversary of the legendary singer’s death.
The Dublin museum is already home to wax recreations of the likes of Phil Lynott, Michael Jackson and Jedward.
The figure was created by wax artist PJ Heraghty - and will be his last after 40 years in the business.
Asked whether he was happy with how it turned out, he said: “I did the best I could.”
“So sorry Sinéad if you don’t like it, but hopefully you do.”

I have been a huge fan of Sinead's since she started her career and was going over to Dublin from Edinburgh to see the wax work. I would have been upset to see that one as I don't think it does Sinead justice. Will definitely be over when new one is made and hope I won't be disappointed. They have been very kind to listen to the fans and are prepared to do a new one. Cheers.
