OverSeer909 that pistol is the single most lethal weapon in existence, I played combat evolved yesterday and one shot a hunter in the side with it, I was shocked over it, because these years with the newer halo games has made me used to them being immortal blue deathbringers
EternalBroGamer Actually you can even kill them with melee attacks now. When they charge simply crouch jump above it and turn around mid-jump. You'll have some excellent 1.5 seconds to dish out damage before they try hitting backwards. When they do walk around 'em and you can dish out even more damage. With a shotgun that should be enough to finish them unless you're incompetent. Energy swords kill instantly on hit or break off the rear armor so you have a better shot at the now exposed back. Their partner won't shoot at you as long as you stay close to your target because their fuel rod guns would also damage their ally. Be careful if you're in close proximity to both hunters at the same time mind you because they WILL charge you both and it can be tough to avoid two successive strikes.
Did anyone else notice that the marines carry a different Assault rifle? They carry the AR from Reach, and Mc carries the assault rifle from the classic Halos!
it's because in anniversary graphics the assault rifle is the reach model, but on the original cover chief's is the CE one, so to make it match up with the original across that line down the centre they had to give him the classic AR
That One Guy You Don't Like umm the reach one the MA5 and the halo CE one is the MA5C I think. The MA5C is in both CE AND CEA the MA5 is only in reach and maybe halo wars.

The good old days when it was all about Hunting Halos and taking them down after overloading their reactors to then use a Shaw Fujikawa Translight engine as a time bomb. We only have to repeat that about 4 to 5 more times and we should have all the Halo's down for once.
Pretty sure the slipspace engine was only used as a bomb to destroy the one supercarrier on Reach? The ship just made big boom in Halo CE with the fusion reactor.

The Empire Strikes Back Black Ops 1 had the best soundtrack of any Call of Duty game. Hans Zimmer is great at what he does but just because he did a soundtrack doesn't make MW2 great. It's the story and lore that go behind Halo that make it so great. None can compare!!

Just today played CE Anniversary from start until "Two Betrayals" half way through and the amount of times I switched between these two songs is just too stupid to display publicly. These songs are just too awesome!
halo has to be the best FPS out there. it gave birth to a whole new genre. I may not have the best graphics for today's standards, but it was definitely ahead of it's time. with lots of memorable moments the best, heartwarming story I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. halo is more than a game, it's a monument. the only people who disagree are the people who haven't played halo, the classic halo from 2001 -2010
