    It's trendy to bash barbell rows nowadays, "not optimal", "loads the spine", "fatigues too much", but it always has been a great exercise and excellent back builder. I always return to it.

      @@_koschwarz they can trash it all day long if they want. They cannot take away the fact that some of the best backs in bodybuilding history were built with the humble barbell row. 💪🏽

    Nice set!, I think you would benefit from some wrist wraps or versa grips.

      @@AbroSchroed my hands don’t get tired with this weight so I don’t bother to use them.
