quite a good thing about Ultra 5 is that you can barter with skier relatively cheaper then other meta supp the 2 black hat is often sell on fence and the boss cap is cheap ,with 223CB you can get it with ~35k total and there's tbh is an other way to get it for almost free : TX-15 on flea yeah peoples sometimes wont even take down the Ultra 5 and PRS gen3 and you get it for like 80k~100k if you are lucky, you can use TX-15 upper , raptor,supp combo and prs gen3 ,and still sell the gun back for ~60k thats always i like to do when my friend gearing up in stash for like 30 mins :deadge:

Me when watching this video: learn this awesome build and build it in game, swapping various parts for tradeoffs between cost & performance. Also me: jump into a raid with a SVT-40/MP-153/budget AK-101 while the meta m4 builds rotting in stash.
This is my video for LL3, might be what you are after. Blend the two & you'll get something pretty decent at a lower cost (i.e keep the VLTOR upper but give it a good suppressor for example)

Yes, that's exactly what he said, did you not watch the video? He said the lowest possible is 23, but with that build your ergo is so shit that the gun is practically unusable. His point is that for the sacrifice of adding 6 recoil you can add a shitload of ergo and actually have a good gun.

But 45 ergo is still fairly annoying to use imo. sacrificing 3 recoil for 20 more ergo is a tradeoff a lot of people would make. It's a laser beam by that point anyway and a few points of recoil here or there doesn't really matter, but almost 50% more ergo is very noticeable. You're just trying to seem super smart when all you're really doing is saying shit we all already know and missing the point of the video. If you can show us a 26/60 build, that'd be worth talking about.

7:03 you can use the SAI 10 inch QD rail. It is 2 ergo less than the 14 inch but 40k - 50k cheaper.
And at 9:10, you can simply use the TV-110 rig.

if you are willing to sacrifice enough ergo you can get an m4 to 23 recoil. you will aim it as if its made of lead , but hey no recoil i guess.

Guns could have fucking beam recoil it doesnt matter if the 2nd-5th bullets are still off target.

mur barter from mechanic with rk1, prs stock, thor suppressor is a 30 vert 35 ergo fully built m4 for under 300k
