Oh what a fabulous village.It is SO old , how amazing that it is still standing. I live in New Zealand and we are such a new country, so to see these treasures and the Cathedral was SO wonderful. Back in 2008, when we first began to look for an apartment, we looked in Vence, but couldn't find anything to our liking. That's when we drove down to Saint-Paul-de-Vence, where we found the perfect apartment in the center of the village. Now that we bought a house just a short walk to the village of Saint Paul de Vence, Vence is only 10 minutes away. We often go there for a drink or lunch across from the Place de Grand Jardin. We even have been to the same brasserie where you are sitting in this video. When we first starting going to Vence, it wasn't very nice, but over the past several years, they have really done a lot to improve it's appeal.
Such a beautiful town to see. Your videos are always so very interesting. The ancient buildings and the history. I particularly loved seeing all the cats looking out of the windows. 😍

Thank you so very much for featuring "my" french town that I have been visiting many times over det years. It is so nice to see the streets in the old town with restaurants, gallerier etc. The nature arround Vence offers many hiking possibilities and the trail through the forest down to Saint Paul is so lovely and quiet.

I did an awesone 10hr tour of Cannes, Antibes, St Paul, Eze, Monaco & Monte Carlo from Nice. I was only in Nice for 3 days. Vence looks amazing. I appreciate how well you do the videos so I can see all the other places I couldn't get to see.
The town looks so beautiful, every street is a picture. So much character and charm.
And I don’t mind the sound of shoes when you are walking. It shows how quiet it is there.

We visited this town a year and half ago, very beautiful. I remember the church with mosaic painting as well. Originally we stayed in Grasse and were visiting surrounding cities. South France is so beautiful 🥰
