46:30 That's Primarch, later Saint, Sanguinius of the Blood Angels. He's based on Michael, the archangel. The red gems on his armour also contain pupils - the eye motifs are all references to the biblical descriptions of angels. Horus, being an analogue for Samael/Lucifer, also sports many eyes on his armour, and the wolf-skin he has draped across his pauldrons is another reference to that.
Ironically enough, Horus cuts Sanguinius down - in the old folklore, Michael is supposed to destroy Lucifer during Armageddon - though not before Sanguinius leaves a breach in Horus' armour, such that the God Emperor can end Horus' life before retiring, himself mortally wounded, to the Golden Throne.
