Worked for me with a piece of plastic from a soda bottle. My lock box was jammed even though I knew the previous code. Turns out it opened with a completely different combination using your method. I feel so powerful! Lol
Absolutely amazing. This actually worked for me on 4-29-21. I had forgotten my lock combination and saw your video. Literally took me less than about 5 minutes to realize what I was feeling for. Once I figured out my numbers, I started scrolling all 4 wheels up by one like you said. Once I scrolled all 4 wheels up twice VOILA! it opened. HUGE THANKS!

I'm an AC guy and these are common for roof access doors on commercial buildings and the customers NEVER know the combination. This just worked for me, unfortunately after getting the box open....no key inside :(

I did NOT think I was going to make this work. It worked but the box is definitely defective. It randomly opens with numbers I didn't set it to... several combinations. What a bummer! Just past the return time to get money back
That's unfortunate. If you bought it from Canadian tire try to return it anyway. If they say no, you can try to convince them nicely to give you store credit instead. It works sometimes.
Imagine a pin that runs horizontally across all the 4 dials. The pin goes through the center of all the dials, holding them in place. you are trying to push the plastic into the slot between each dial to position it below the pin so it is angled downwards. when done right, and tension is applied, when you turn the dial you will feel what I show in the video. It will take some practice. Hope that helps
My mistake. The shackles can be taken off once you open the front panel. Look inside the compartment at the rear. There is a release lever and the words "Release" printed there. Pull the level in the direction of the arrow and the shackle releases.

I know realtors have ones that are electronic and can track when the lockboxes are opened among other things. One like those might work best though, I'm not sure where you can obtain one. Just be aware that some consumer grade electronic lockboxes that are available may also not be as secure either so definitely don't go with low end brands.
Have you heard if the electonic keypad dead bolts or the wifi deadbolts can malfunction? Some of them.have back up keys. If you are in a different city, the software malfunctions and you dont have a keykeeper, you may be licked out. Are there any safe keypad deadbolrs out there? Thanks for the great videos!
Didn't work for me. After farting around for an hour I finally put a flathead screwdriver in the gap at the top where the locking mechanism is and after about 3 taps had it open. It did slightly damage the box but now that I know how to do that I'm pretty sure I could do it without damage.
Not that I know. Does the plastic flip up at all for a particular number? Make sure you insert the plastic far enough back where it wedges at an angle. It should be below the internal rod that would hold the number wheels in place.
I've never seen the new ones yet. Good to know, though. I'm sure there are still lots of old ones out there now so it may be useful to some. Thanks for sharing.
I does work and has worked for others that used our steps. It may take some getting used to. We have 2 locks and one of them is more finicky and harder to pick than the other. You may have one of the more finicky ones

Locks just keep honest people honest.
There are also scenarios where locks deter thieves to target someone else.
Took me less than two minutes to open a lock box on my new house, won't be keeping anything secure in it

People actually have legitimate reasons to have to unlock these too. And people need to know that these are not that safe to use as well.

Dear Government, I am just locked out of my parents house and they aren't home and they don't have their phones I swear.
What can you do if the shim only fit down the side of one dial. The rest are too tight
You might have to try to find a thinner piece of plastic.

How do I get the whole lock off my property?
Once you open the key compartment there is a release lever inside that you use to unlock the clasp from the door.
