I was hoping for Phil Collins to return for this sequel's soundtrack, but I must admit Melissa Etheridge is talented, too. Furthermore, "Welcome to This Day" is _heavily_ underrated.
This movie and soundtrack is so underrated, man. One of the best Disney squeals imo. This track evokes great nostalgia. Brother Bear overall will always be great. Great stuff.
This song makes me miss my mom so so much. I lost her in 2021, listening to this makes me happy and sad at the same time. I love that woman so much

Yeah but the ending was just dumb I mean he came all this way to be human only to stay a bear forever I mean his girlfriend in the sequel did the same thing what is it with people wanting to become bears it's really not all that great.

Just the other day I tried to learn it by ear. It's basically just a G chord progression with a capo on the 2nd fret. That's what I was able to get from it.
