I love that father in front of you: "This is part of the experience! You have to look!" One thing I love most about Disney Parks is not just the ride itself, but all the work and detail they put into the ride queues! Waiting in line almost becomes an attraction all on it's own with so much to see
At Tokyo Disneyland, the Japanese believe that the queue is apart of the ride, so the fast pass machines are completely untouched, and all of the standard lines are at least 60 minutes, odd but kinda nice to see.
I agree the attention to detail is amazing, I know that a lot of game designers look at Disney rides and the theme parks in general because they are an excellent way of showing how levels should flow. I love this ride and hopefully when im older I will be able to afford to go back :D
I love how the father is explaining to his kid what does altitude mean...my dad was like that too he used to explain things to me, and he told me stories and stuff I loved it!
I might be weird saying this, but I really really enjoy queueing at DisneyWorld. It's like part of the experience. No where else would I queue for an hour, unless it was Disney. They make everything so magical. I love it!
Callum Fletcher I know! My friends hate me because when we go to any local amusement parks I always talk about how "If this was Disney, they would give you something to do or look at in line!" They just make the experience so much better.
I remember being in Animal Kingdom when they were building the ride. It was a HUGE construction site. I haven't been back since the ride debuted though. Animal Kingdom needed this ride though. Dinosaur was their best ride at the time (one of its best features: air conditioning).
The queue for this ride is my absolute favorite!! I would wait hours in this queue and you sort of need to in order to see every detail Disney put into making it.
One of my favourite roller coaster in the world this like! I've been to orlando 9 times in the 11 years i've been born and still, this one is a legend! Last year when i went i went on this ride 6 times in one day
The music is so cool!! I love it! I also liked hearing the dad explain to his curious kids about the different displays. It was cute. ^^ This ride looks so fun and very creatively made! Just hearing the clinks of the safety bars and the car against the railroad is so exciting!!
Man, I love these complete experience videos! It truly shows the amount of detail that Disney and other companies put into their rides. Definitely keep on doing them!
The great thing about EE is how the Imagineers really nailed the atmosphere. It's so authentic and superbly-themed. I almost thought I was back in Tibet or Nepal. :)
It's amazing how much work the Imagineers put into even just the queue lines. They are phenomenal, particularly this one and the new Star Tours one. I wouldn't mind a 90 minute wait in this line, because then I could fully appreciate all of the gorgeous and intriguing detail that has gone into it. I kind of want to work there just so I can look at everything after-hours. :D
Thanks for taking the time to film this. I missed the total experience since I was a single rider and wanted to skip all the unnecessary waiting time while I was at Disney World.
I wish this ride didn't go by the yeti so fast! I've been on three times and still haven't had a good look at it because it just goes by too fast. It's so cool and they worked so hard on it so I wish it stopped next to it like the ride does with the projection of the yeti
I just hope my school won't take me there this year that's my biggest fear i feel like a chicken BTW does this have loops? bcause people told me there's loops
This was the first rollercoaster I ever rode! They've actually changed the beginning up a pretty good amount. Instead you do like 4 helixes before going into the small lift
Thanks for filming more than just the ride itself. Haven't seen this part of Asia yet, they were building the last time I was there in '04. Love the way Disney does things up right, Research, research, research, then detail, detail, detail! I happened to tour the other part of Asia along side an Indian family from the particular region they had duplicated, even they were blown away by the incredible detail! Emotional, nostalgic, and homesick at times. Says so much for Disney imagineering.
Yeti wasn't removed. Lights may be off, but they can't remove it for the same reasons they can't go in and fix it: it's too big, and requires taking apart a large part of the mountain facade to get to.
My older brother was Best Friends with a guy and his dad was one of the people who painted this ride ,there is also a old guy who lives in my grandmas neighborhood, he was injured while working on ''its a small world'' so now Disney pays his bills and stuff.
Did Josh Gates go on this ride before he went on a quest to find the yeti? This must have been very inspirational. This is my favorite ride by the way.
OMG! I love this ride! If you look behind you, after you see the broken track, you can see the track change and that's why you go somewhere else instead of straight down backwards..
I went on this once when I was like, seven, and I remember absolutely nothing about the whole trip to Disney world other than the part of this ride where the track is broken and you go backwards
You should look at the track in front of you during the projection on the wall. You can see a big piece of the track flip itself over to switch paths. It's so cool!
The ride loses SOOOO much without the working Yeti at the end. I rode this back in 2007 when he was working. Incredible, just incredible. The PERFECT climax, and everything the ride was building up to. The room used to be LIT UP, you could see the huge Yeti reaching for you and snarling as you barely escape. It really made the ride, or at least completed it, in the only way that makes it all come together so beautifully. It was my favorite ride in 2007 and would still be Top 3 or 4 if he worked.
It's a great experience. This ride doesn't have any loops or twists. I didn't want to go on a ride when I went to florida, until he forced me on "primeval whirl". Expedition everest does tickle your stomach sometimes but that's part of the thrill. Keep your hands up and enjoy the ride.
I love that father in front of you: "This is part of the experience! You have to look!"
One thing I love most about Disney Parks is not just the ride itself, but all the work and detail they put into the ride queues! Waiting in line almost becomes an attraction all on it's own with so much to see

That's pretty cool!
Finally someone realizes it is not only about how big or tall the ride is, but the scenery as well.
With the Seven Dwarves Mine Train opening very soon, I hope the queue for that attraction is as detailed and fun to explore as the other rides
Mine too💙
I don't know why, but I just love the sound of the horn as the trains go up the mountain.
OMG me too
Ya i went on this ride and you can hear it a lot better in rl but i liked the sound too :D
Yeah but this has nothing on that dude riding those ppl around in that train at the mall. My kid & I "tugged" at him & old dude honked. Bless him.
9:27-9:29-9:30-9:31-9:35-9:37-9:38
It sounds like the train is sad
I might be weird saying this, but I really really enjoy queueing at DisneyWorld. It's like part of the experience. No where else would I queue for an hour, unless it was Disney. They make everything so magical. I love it!

The best queue I've been to was Harry Potter's
I feel the same way it's weird. But also Disney does a great job of making sure you have lots of stuff to look at
+Corbin Burdette The last 1/4th of the queue is awesome, but the rest is pretty boring.
I remember waiting for a ride at Magic Kingdom and a Barbershop Quartet actually came up and starting singing! It made waiting alot more fun.
I remember being in Animal Kingdom when they were building the ride. It was a HUGE construction site. I haven't been back since the ride debuted though. Animal Kingdom needed this ride though. Dinosaur was their best ride at the time (one of its best features: air conditioning).
luckdragongirl You know at the top of the mountain, there is a basketball place where you can relax.
BAD KID actually, you're thinking of the Matterhorn in Disneyland. And that place is only for Cast Members I believe.
This ride is the best! Everyone says Tower of Terror is their favorite, but I enjoyed this WAAAAAY more.
AbductedSteve I went on tower for the first time this year as well as the rockin roller coaster and I went 2 times c:
The queue for this ride is my absolute favorite!! I would wait hours in this queue and you sort of need to in order to see every detail Disney put into making it.
The music at the beginning of the video made me feel like I was actually there.
It’s so much fun! I’ve been in this ride before.
The queue for this ride is one of my favorite things to see, honestly. I love the entire Asia section of Animal Kingdom, it's so beautiful.
Do I want to skip to the ride?
Heck no I want to watch the whole thing with headphones and pretend that I'm actually back there again ^_^
Exactly, i call it the 3D experience.
I want to smile and put up my hands too 14:22 I can feel their energy from over here
One of my favourite roller coaster in the world this like! I've been to orlando 9 times in the 11 years i've been born and still, this one is a legend! Last year when i went i went on this ride 6 times in one day

This ride looks so fun and very creatively made! Just hearing the clinks of the safety bars and the car against the railroad is so exciting!!
I get it.
one of the things that i love of the disney rides, is that the experince is complete and don't just a simple ride like in another parks
I used to be TERRIFIED of roller coasters before I decided to ride this. Changed my life completely! Love this ride so much!
I really appreciate this video once is possible to see the atmosphere. This roller coaster is amazing
The detail they put into queuing areas is amazing, and love how silent the ride is when moving to the platform and up the hill
One of my favorite rides at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!!!
Just wanted to let you know, I've been watching your videos for the past 2 hours lol. I can't wait to go back to Disney World!
What an genius queue line it has a museum and a shop with Everest things while you're waiting for taking the rollecoaster!
(one of my favorite!)
When I went to WDW I went on this ride 17 times in a row with my fam it was awesome cause the wait was only 5 min
woah, must of been a slow day then, i would od taken full advantage od that myself if the line was that short
Captain Bloodsail I love this ride
Man, I love these complete experience videos! It truly shows the amount of detail that Disney and other companies put into their rides. Definitely keep on doing them!
Me too!
Gosh, 10 years ago! Time has flew!

Thanks for taking the time to film this. I missed the total experience since I was a single rider and wanted to skip all the unnecessary waiting time while I was at Disney World.
This is one of my favorite rides at disney..just wish a had a fast pass the day I rode it..it was a LONG wait!!
One of things that I love about Disney coasters is you can see other trains on the track as you are riding. This builds excitement. Love this ride!
The queue for the ride is just awesome as the ride itself. I rode this ride this past September and, man, do I miss it.
I love the dad explaining everything to his kids. :)
I wish this ride didn't go by the yeti so fast! I've been on three times and still haven't had a good look at it because it just goes by too fast. It's so cool and they worked so hard on it so I wish it stopped next to it like the ride does with the projection of the yeti
i clicked on this for the ride experience just, and got a tour around the park and the ride experience, thanks for posting this man :D
im going to that ride on my field trip next week Tuesday cant wait!!
i already did IT WAS SCARY AND AWESOME!!
I just hope my school won't take me there this year that's my biggest fear i feel like a chicken BTW does this have loops? bcause people told me there's loops
yes there is loops
brittany justice for real?!?!?
AssassinPlaysMC| Let's Plays,Mini-games,and more! yes for real you might die when u go backwards
I love how at the broken track part you can see Hollywood studios and epcot
thank you so much for posting these. I am going to disney in a week and you just made xtra excited to ride my favorite rollar coasters!
Amazing video! This ride looks like it's so much fun! I can't wait to try it myself!
This was the first rollercoaster I ever rode! They've actually changed the beginning up a pretty good amount. Instead you do like 4 helixes before going into the small lift
1080p, the complete experience AND full screen...i feel like i am in disney. this made my day
Looks like great fun. I love Disney's attention to all the little details. The part where the track looks broken seems like a pretty spooky surprise.
This was my FAVORITE ride in Animal Kingdom, I rode it dozens of times!
Thanks to tropical storm Debby, me and my friend were able to ride this 9 times, and each time was amazing! LOVE this ride!
Thanks for filming more than just the ride itself. Haven't seen this part of Asia yet, they were building the last time I was there in '04. Love the way Disney does things up right, Research, research, research, then detail, detail, detail! Emotional, nostalgic, and homesick at times. Says so much for Disney imagineering.
This is AWESOME! I've been on this ride, but not in the front row! It's a thrill! It was my very first roller coaster ride.
Damn i want to go on this so bad, coolest Disney ride Ive ever seen!!
They removed the big animatronic yeti which is a real shame
Yeti wasn't removed. Lights may be off, but they can't remove it for the same reasons they can't go in and fix it: it's too big, and requires taking apart a large part of the mountain facade to get to.
Its amazing i went on it like 5 times in a row. I queued for ages but it was definitely worth it
Great Story, Great Experience, Great Coaster, Everything is great, You Get Pulled into a world Of Yeti's and mountain Tracks, Thumbs up
I knew I should've gotten on this ride.. but, I was too soaked from the kali river rapids!
+Kelsey Curles waht a shame ;P
Kelsey Curles I went on Expedition Everest. IT WAS FUN
As always, absolutely fantastic work!!!! You have a gift! Another one of your videos has been added to my favorites!
i went on a class trip to the disneyworld parks last year, and this ride is probably the best thing i remember about it.
my favorite thing about disney queue lines is that they hve plenty of things to look at and keep you entertained as you wait.
The song in the background at 7:00 is called "Happiness Is..." by Yungchen Lhamo.
I loved this ride.
FeNnEc FoXeS Why? How old are you? Maybe you're just too young.
FeNnEc FoXeS You don't go up side down so it's all you need
My older brother was Best Friends with a guy and his dad was one of the people who painted this ride ,there is also a old guy who lives in my grandmas neighborhood, he was injured while working on ''its a small world'' so now Disney pays his bills and stuff.
I first went on this in 2006 after it opened it was fantastic :)
Did Josh Gates go on this ride before he went on a quest to find the yeti? This must have been very inspirational. This is my favorite ride by the way.
I can't wait to ride this, going the 15th of February and I am so ready!
this is a long but it make you feel like you r there esp if u never been b4
One of your best! Keep up the wonderful work! Looks like your the Premier youtuber for "on-ride" Vids!
I love listening to the kids and dad in front of you there HILARIOUS!
Love this ride my favorite Disney ride
oh yeah! i went on this ride 52 times in one week! single rider is the best line and you meet new people every time ! :)
I love how disney actually makes it semi-interesting for people while waiting
I even love to watch this video in 240p!
Great video, cheers!
OMG! I love this ride! If you look behind you, after you see the broken track, you can see the track change and that's why you go somewhere else instead of straight down backwards..
this video changed my life for the better
At 1:20, the shrine lines up perfectly with the mountains.
11:54 what a great view of the resort
It's awesome! There are tons of theming at this coaster!!!
this ride is the bestest ride i have ever been on!
My favorite ride at the animal kingdom! Can't wait to go back soon! I love the backwards part, made me feel like I was about to fall off.
Best ride at Disney, and the Theming is just incredible
Amazing how well themed this ride is.
Wene I rode this ride it was totes fun!!!
Great video! Thank you for sharing. I wish there was another video like this, from back in the day when Yeti was still in A mode.
wow that bright green exit sign at 13:05 makes the ride really realistic XD
Do you have to get permission to film?
I can't wait to go when Pandora The World of Avatar is open! I'm going this June! This one is my fave!
Music is awesome
One of the best rides ever.
The ride is awesome, you'll love it
I went on this once when I was like, seven, and I remember absolutely nothing about the whole trip to Disney world other than the part of this ride where the track is broken and you go backwards
I like these Complete Experience videos.

Where did you get the music used in the beginning and end? Very cool sounding.
Fun Fact: Expedition Everest is actually the most expensive roller coaster ever built, with the Yeti animatronic being the most pricey.
This was my favorite ride. Rode it 6 times
omg i went on this four times in a row! it was during the parade, and i had so much fun!!
LOVE IT!!! Gonna be on it in 4 days...can't wait
thank you for sharing the video.. been there and it looks fantastic
My favorite ride of all time!
I was there before and they did an amazing job making you feel lik you are in a village on the himalayas.
That flute piece in the beginning had been stuck in my head for a week… anyone know what the piece is called
It's a great experience. This ride doesn't have any loops or twists. I didn't want to go on a ride when I went to florida, until he forced me on "primeval whirl". Expedition everest does tickle your stomach sometimes but that's part of the thrill. Keep your hands up and enjoy the ride.
awesome ride! how long were u queueing for it?
This was the best ride ever! :D I went on it this week and I loved it!
waiting in the line and seeing everything is a great part of the "adventure" and really gets you in the spirit ! ;D
I went on this rides 7 times with my bff!! :D IT WAS SOOO THRILLING AND SOO FUN!
That Looks EFFING AWESOME!! Totally UNEXPECTED!! I HOPE I get to ride it someday...=)
