How to Encourage Independence in Children

Children have inner drive for independence from infancy. Parents know that their job is to raise independent and autonomous children. And yet, so many parents struggle with supporting their children in the quest of independence in their early years.
In this video, I explain what makes it so hard (the obstacles in the way) and I give you some ideas of activities to promote at home with your toddlers and preschoolers.
