My child problem is self talk out of excitement... whenever she gets out...like in train or anyone's house...she starts saying hi...then starts proceeding with this is fan light tv freeze...tells all the objects name...but doesn't response what the person is asking...she goes self talking.. little she can response what is that color...how many bottles are there...but when questions becomes complex..she either says something she heard in school in past... some phrases...i don't stop her instead encourage to answer them or try to communicate whatever she says for sometimes...then i give something hard to chew because it makes her mouth busy..
Can Viraj recall what has happened in school??.what he has eaten in lunch dinner...where he went... actually i m facing problem in recalling...can you please post a video on recalling...she is 4 years 2 months old...i m giving briefing...but in school what she does...is really unknown to me...i have to rely on teachers' words...even if i ask her...which letter or what subject teacher has done today ...she becomes numb...on the other hand she has written herself in the copy.. One problem I noticed..i give her 4 days fish...and two days veg...Sunday chicken...i make her recall after 10 minutes...but when i again ask her after 30 minutes...she says fish and rice( in truth she has eaten chicken that day)...

USA as social awareness is much more there in India the societal pressure and expectations are quite different from a child and people are more conservative and not okay to come out and support autism.. they may not want their kids to mingle with your kids and the word here they use is "retarded" which is highly unlikely associated with autism🙂
I don’t think so..here in india no one is interested..neither much social interaction..we need proper social skills therapy for our kids!! Even parents take their kids away if they see any autistic kidd..

Cognitive development directly never helps in speech or social skills but it helps in ones ability to solve puzzles , do daily basis tasks, apply brain into academics because cognitive means understanding something so it helps in acquiring language and what is being said so a person can follow instructions remember them next time and apply self brain into solving it next time
How to deal with apraxia of speech? He understands everything, following command and trying to speak also.. going to therapy also...he has problem with speech movements...how to deal with it?
