I test rode the manual version and really really liked this small engine. So much fun. Gotta a love a v-twin. On the other hand this is THE RIGHT implementation of automatic transmission. New bikes from the likes of Yamaha and KTM make no sense with the brake pedal... Like you say, you want to keep your feet free! Also one specific example: most people exit their bikes from the left side and when pushing the bike around by hand from the left it is really handy to have a brake lever on your side (like in a scooter) in case you need it.
Love the belt drive with automatic transmission, hand brakes! WOW?! Honda be sleepin’💤 I agree with you. Would love to know the price point on some of these new machines once launched? Excited as can be to see all these new machines!👍🏻 Best, Rola (Oregon / USA)
Well pointed out Alex. Does it stand up to comparison with Honda's DCT or Yamaha's automated gear shift ? Any idea on its reliability? Concept or real? Price? Roll out to other models? If truly functionally valid it would be a fantastic evolution from scooter to motorcycle, really offering the best of both worlds. I hope they come to market a 500 or 600cc "A". I would certainly give it a try.😊
It was this on stand and I couldn't find anyone to give me more info. But looking at the curent trends everyone will have automatic version of their bikes.
300 cc is NOT a small bike...these are pretty powerful bikes at close to 40 bhp for 200 kg bike. And belt drives are expensive....easy to cut...once cut..have to be replaced entirely. Automatic will spoil the fun.
I wish that they imported the SRV 400 here in France, maybe they will import the 300 A who knows. Because the SRV 700 is a bit overpriced and I don't like the look ahah
@@RideWithAlexlook up how much it cost to change the belt and the sprockets for example vn 900 classic. Here in Germany it will set you back with 2000 euro. Chani is also much easier to deal with when you are traveling.

i was waiting like crazy for chinese automatic bikes
May Dream Bike! 😍
Finally somebody has been listning to me😂
If it had 125 cc engine, it would be an interesting option for those with B driving licence who don’t want scooters.
wow.. i love it, hopefully a 400cc version in the future, expressway here is limited to 400cc above.
Interesantă. Si aspect de mini-Harley, de mini-Sportster. Asta, cu motor de 500cc... Chiar aș vrea
Espero que façam isso com outros modelos, eu seria um potencial comprador
In 10 years time most bikes will have this option. It could save biking as a hobby.
It would be interesting if they made one ADV Style
Great if you like the ease of use of a scooter, but prefer the cruiser style.
O tempora,o mores...
Greetings from Greece Alex.
I would have remote mounted the Hydraulic Cylinder to clear up the handle bar clutter

Still some time to see this on the market but the wave of automatic motorcycles is coming.
More over, Benda on the asian market will be introducing CVT in their cruisers. Nobody did that ever before!
I wish it come with bigger cc later. Maybe 500
What's exactely what I said, too... A 500 cc, dream bike!
Well pointed out Alex.

Te rog, MITT ai vazut la EICMA asta???
Nu.
The belt is one downside with this bike
It's less maintenance then a chain, I think it's an advantage
