- Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 MotoGP Edition race bike revealed. At the third round of the Suzuki Gixxer Cup, 2019, Suzuki unveiled the new Gixxer SF 250 race bike.
The motorcycle will form a new, premium class in the Gixxer Cup racing series, further encouraging young and talented riders at the grassroot level of Indian motorsport.
The new race bike features several changes to make it faster on a racetrack, and it is really fast and fun-to-ride. Here are more details of the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 MotoGP Edition race bike.

The Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 has a seat height of 800mm, while the Yamaha YZF-R15 V3.0 has a seat height of 815mm. However, the R15 has a more dedicated and aggressive riding position, which only means it will be brilliant on the curves, but will be pain-inducing in everyday commutes.
If it is comfort you are after, the Suzuki Gixxer is the bike to go for, among the two options you are considering.

This motorcycle is customised for the Suzuki Gixxer one-make racing series and was developed by Suzuki. You can't buy this particular handlebar, but you can scout the aftermarket for a similar one.

The entire exhaust system featured on this bike was developed specifically for the Suzuki Gixxer Cup. It is not available for purchase right now and there is no word of it being available in the near future too.

Andai itu memakai piston 2 silinder, shock Up side down, terus powernya menyentuh angka di atas 35 ps. Pasti akan lebih seru bersaing dengan CBR, R25, dan Ninja 250rr. Tapi sayang itu hanya impian yang belum terwujud. Ada apa ya dengan Suzuki?

No there is no modification to the windshield. It is the stock windshield.

that race version i think have a tuned ecu too so may it have 28hp+ ? or if brutally forced maybe touch 31hp? more like rc250? just need little bigger windshield for aerodynamic , just like cbr250r who can beat ninja 250 carburetor and r25 first generatiom long time ago
As per Suzuki, the motorcycle produces 3-4bhp more than stock thanks to the exhaust system. According to the team that developed this bike. the ECU is stock.
But yes, if pushed harder with an ECU remap and an air intake, it can produce upwards of 32bhp.

This seat cowl is not on sale to the public. Not yet at least. This has been custom-made by Suzuki for the Gixxer SF 250 race motorcycles.

The exhaust system on this bike is custom-made by Suzuki's engineers for the Gixxer Cup motorcycles only. this exhaust system is not available for sale anywhere at the moment and we do not see it being available for sale anytime soon.

Yes. You will need adapters for that.

Aftermarket ones. There is a channel named "Info Bikes" you can check them out. They have a tastefully modded sf250 with rear-sets.

This is a race bike and is not available at showrooms as is. You will find the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 MotoGP Edition at the showroom.

The fairing you see in the video was developed especially for the race bike by Suzuki India. It is not available for purchase to the public because it is illegal to ride without indicators on public roads.

The entire exhaust system was custom made for the race bike, for use on the track only. If you want such an exhaust system or bend pipe, you will have to get it custom-made, but we have to tell you that it is illegal to use on public roads.

Will there be an 150 cc version of this racing edition?
The older 150cc Gixxer Cup bikes are still doing pretty well on track. But they will soon be replaced with the new design Gixxer SF 150 that was launched recently.

@@rohanalias9053 I have driven both, I wouldn't say that the new Gen is bad, it just can't outclass the fantastic riding dynamics of the old one.
