@Shiggs, Blurting and using pre-made flashcards is the way to go with the time left. Doing past papers and reviewing it thoroughly and fix the mistakes in them, rinse & repeat. What do you think?
@@vampera82 Eek I didn't mention mine were IGCSE's, does that make a difference? Because in the back of my result it did say highest was 9 but won't you call it a distinction only if you get a outstanding pearson learner award?

Got 9 days left and am doing 7 gcses and on study leave now, if following your guide with discipline do you think there is still time to get those 8/9s
Consistency is the main challenge plus in gcse book reading is trash, you just need to have clear idea abt the topic and solve past papers to compare your understanding.
print out past papers and revise about 3 quotes for each. so like if youre doing An Inspector Calls revise 3 quotes for each character and then do past questions on the characters
imo it is kind of a bs subject - just memorise some quotes and you'll be fine -> the trick with english is that it is really easy to get a decent grade but really hard to go from and 8 to a 9 (like on a technical level you have to have really strong writing, etc) but you can get an 8 for literature with very little effort, so like as long as you don't want a nine and can come up with fine points easily (they don't have to be actually good, just stuff that ticks boxes) you should be fine - just act like a robot and hit the criteria systematically
im in y10 right now, just finished my end of years, and i got 7 7s and 3 6s.... im really scared because gcses are so close and im worried I won't get all 9s and 8s...
Watch videos on exam techniques, study the mark scheme and practice question in exam conditions with no textbook if you can get your teacher to mark it. This also helps you with finding you weak spots for both knowledge and understanding. For knowledge use flashcards, organised notes or mind maps practice as much as you can weak points and strong point obviously weak points are prefererbale.

Bro your in my exact current position. WE HAVE GOT this don’t think that your too far behind ! And also PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE, physics and math tutor are honestly the best so i would just say do that. Everyday at 10pm id say go over al the flash cards you’ve done and then after you’ve made the flash cards for the content do practice questions. Also prep ahead although you may be doing paper 1 content try and fit in 15-30 minutes of paper 2 content so that in a months time you wont be cramming too much.
Also if you want i can give you my Brainscape link so yo can have access to my paper 2 content flash cards. The content will be on the flashcards (all important info), Brainscape will help you to memorise and the you’d just have to practice !

Distinction is the highest you can get in things like drama so I’m assuming that classes as a 9 and an A technically
