@jspark8 hey, i am studying in online school, I do all the things I need to do, but I struggle with motivation, I really want to improve my grades and learn so much but I just can't motive myself to study, and the worst thing is I keep cheating in tests and don't learn anything. And i keep worrying about being perfect and being prosecutor in future and goint to good university i just waste my time not doing anything but just stressing. Do you have any tips you could give me to improve?
Some study tips that I’d like to share with other people. 1. Learn for the sake of learning, not for school. There are some subjects that are actually really interesting but because I’m obligated to do it in the curriculum, doesn’t mean I can’t have fun while doing so especially for subjects like History, Maths (you will need it i promise). 2. Plan out your revision and break it down when it gets overwhelming. Divide what you’re learning into subtopics because one step at a time is better than none at all. 3. Make a cozy environment to yourself. For me, I did studying for the aesthetics and then it motivated me to do more and do achieve it for myself. Making nice notes as well is also how I remembered stuff but please do it as last priority ( ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)ഒ Good luck to everyone and have fun! o( ˶^▾^˶ )o
you really called me out at 3:00- I generally do end up cramming at the end, and although it gives me an average grade, I realise that making it part of my every day routine will help out a ton, not only in terms of how much i can cover but also reduce nerves before an exam! thanks so much! so glad you're backkkk
Hey Steven, Thank you so much for this video! it is very helpful especially as a freshman in HS whose soon going to be giving gcses! And, not trying to repeat what happened a few days ago, BUT, I just wanted to say that i am so impressed by how maturely you handled this situation as a 16 year old! You didn't just make things out of thin air but showed evidences and spoke with logic and confidence. Im so sorry that you had to go through this but you got through this VERY strongly and actually gained a lot of respect and im sure, more following! 🚀
I was literally stressing over my GCSE exams that start in a few days and frantically opened UA-cam to watch any study tip videos and this video popped up, truely a life saver!
Jspark, thank you from the bottom of my heart, you shown me the answers to my questions that were burning me and i felt so depressed because i didn't know or find the answers to. I love you so very very much. THANK YOU! ❤OMGG COOL WITH YOU i love that song~
This is by far the best study channel I've seen. I've watched so many study videos, but strangely enough, the ones you make are the only I managed to implement and integrate into my study habits. Your tips tackle the necessary basics and build strong foundations for a student's success. It seriously took me only 1 or 2 weeks to maximise efficiency and stop wasting time. I saw the results in my exams and I was shocked how good my grades are coming out when I only studied so little. I seriously thank you from the bottom of my heart for all this useful Information.
Aight so out of the 9 tips i saw i can remeber these ones and I'll implement them: -start doing more past papers, see your mistakes and weaknesses and work towards those -Get 8 and a half hours of good quality sleep (at least 8 hours) -put my cellphone in another room so i get no distractions -It is better to study less time but often, than studying a lot for a short period of time, start early and studying little by little but often Yeah bro that's it, tysm for the video bro see ya
I literally love how informative and effective it is, I am a 9th grade student and really find this effective. I watched some other study guides but they overcomplicate every little thing, I gotta be honest, this is probably the best study guide I've watched, pls keep up the good work!
Man really needed this video, i have been wasting my vacation and now i actually feel motivated to study .. Thnaks bro , always post your videos on best time ❤
As an American, I don't have GSCE's, but these videos will be really helpful for me in high school (I'm in eighth grade). You and all the studytubers are such an invaluable resource, keep it up bro!
Let’s go just in time for my Christmas exams. Btw can you make a video about how to write essays well and other topics related to doing homework or work
Yeay man ur back! Have been here from the start but this is the first time I’ve commented. Thanks for helping with my grades and hope ur doing well too
I will focus on studying little but often to make it part of my daily routine as well as sleeping 8 hours a day. I will also try doing past papers first then learn . This way i know what to revise however if i know deep down I dont understand this concept then i will make the time to relearn it! thank you jspark😗
What do I do when I don't really have friends? I know it sounds sad, it can be at times, but I broke up with my only "close" friends weeks ago and while I do talk to people I wouldn't call them as close friends. This isn't exactly relevant, but it is for the one tip. If anyone had the experience of being " alone" at school then it'd help for some advice, study, and social. Thanks! Your videos are so helpful! i have 3 science tests next week ( Biology,Chemistry and Physics) and this is so helpful to be able to revise efficiently! Thank you!
Yoooo thanks broooo I got an A+ just by using your active recall (if I'm mistaken just don't judge) anyways I'm from Saudi Arabia and it still works out here big upsssss my guy
The no phone zone is a really reeeeeeeaallyy good one, I can't believe how much time a "five minute phone break" Actually takes. It has wasted a lot of my study time, so I do strongly recommend, based on experience, that you only use your phone to time yourself and NEVER exit the timer app, or you just hide the phone in a cabinet in another room or something. Maybe you'll end up forgetting where you put it though.
To all addicted people that watch improving videos like this the only study tip that u will ever want is ⚠️ go study wasting time is the problem for you if have work to do go do it literally that is just it ⚠️

if u don't know, the way to turn off shorts and recommended for ure phone is to simply turn of search history and delete the history that u already have
I am going to work on my distractions (as I think they're the most important reason as to why I can't get locked in) BTW ig you are in your A level (if u remember I've asked before for A level subject selection)
