i am work in small scales industry..i work very sincerely my boss i also know well but not think about my salary. most companies not considered the employee how work .they consider only employee age,married or single and family background.this problem only in Private Ltd companies not in MNC.ok if i inform to my boss i go interview .He said why you left from here . because i don't have other person like you ..He do emotional black mail most of youngsters straggling this type of issue .i hope you reply this command
